I mistakenly forgot to place the numerals in front of the address of a gift I was sending. When Florence Eiseman employee Margy received the package back from USPO they were wonderfully helpful and diligent about getting the correct address and not billing me until the package was finally delivered. Thanks for such wonderful service!
