The format of the site is quite detailed. You simply select the gender and age range of the child you are shopping for and voila! This makes shopping a snap and you don't end up selecting a style only to find out it doesn't come in your child's size.

Shipping fees are incorrectly stated
At the bottom of home page, it states that priority shipping is free for orders over $100. My order was almost $140, but I was charged a $5 shipping fee.
No one answers the phone number listed for help. Recording says to leave a message or send an email. Not much of a help when you are trying to place an order at that moment! I am not inclined to shop again where no one can be reached to help with a problem. Customer service should be a top priority!

I was part of a planned design meeting today when you called and unable to receive calls. Our Marketing Dept was able to fix our error concerning shipping rates as soon as it was discovered. I was able to refund you once I was available and left today's minimal shipping amount applied to your purchase. I apologize for the confusion today and have credited you again the remaining $5.00 shipping charge.

My son is now 38 years old. I always dressed him in Florence Eiseman as I did my daughter.................now I'm buying for my two year old grandson. The clothes are still my favorite.

Family Tradition
My mother dressed me in Florence Eiseman clothes in the 50s and 60s. They were wonderful! A green dress with a frog embroidered on the front that I wore for years (and all over Disneyland!) made a favorite childhood memory.
The yellow/blue dress with “knickers” I bought for my new granddaughter is equally as darling, and still beautifully made. I look forward to seeing her in Florence Eiseman.
