This is my first time ordering from Floritta and I absolutely will again. They’ve been brilliant from start to finish. As soon as I placed the order on the website, I got a friendly WhatsApp to confirm the delivery date and the message to be printed, which was so helpful as I actually noticed a spelling mistake which I was able to fix.

They were so responsive too on delivery day when I notified them of a specific time to deliver from. Communication has been friendly and professional, and nothing has seemed like too much trouble.

The flowers themselves are beautiful, just like the photos on the website. They came packaged beautifully in branded tissue paper and a white box. The flowers themselves are gorgeous.

This is the second time ordering from Floritta. First time, I ordered on their website which was very easy and smooth to use, I was reassured my order was being prepared/ready for delivery through consistent whatsapp messages and I had collected the flowers myself from their warehouse which is easy to access. One of my favourite things is that Floritta is also on UberEats! Which is amazing for those last minute deliveries and not to mention how quick they are… I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers and balloons at 2:30pm today (03/09) and they were delivered at 2:55pm - a 25 minute turnaround including delivery! Perhaps I got lucky this in this instance but they are always accurate with my order ensuring I receive the right product, their packaging is high quality and they are friendly throughout. I will not stop recommending them for your flowers or gifts. I’ll be ordering again as usual!

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and handled with exceptional care. They also made sure the delivery service was exactly when needed and the communication throughout the order process was amazing. A photo was also sent beforehand to make sure the bouquet was to my liking. Will definitely be making future purchases here!

First time ordering for my aunts birthday who’s in London. Was unsure at first as I’m not from London but I’m so glad I did it. Loved the fast delivery (same day) and they have great communication with their customers. Beautiful flowers and amazing service. Definitely my go to now. Thank you once again, I’ll be back. X

Honestly couldn’t be happier!! Ordered super last minute from the US for my girlfriend staying in London and they made everything so easy. The bouquet was huge and absolutely beautiful. I don’t think I could’ve gotten the flowers there any faster even if I went and bought them myself 😅
The girls working there are also so sweet and understanding and the communication was amazing the whole time. Everything was delivered to her hotel before check in exactly as I asked.

If you’re wondering who to give your business to, these girls deserve it the most. Thank you guys so much!! You definitely made someone very happy today 🌸❤️

The speed in which my order was processed. I needed flowers for a funeral the next day. I was quickly able to select a beautiful bouquet AND have it delivered with plenty of time to spare at the church. I literally can't wait to use FLORITTA again their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Service. Less than a minute after I paid online, a message was sent to me by a sales assistant who carried me along the entire process of creating the bouquet. The bouquet was so beautiful and the birthday girl said it was her favourite.
