I purchased a dress which arrived and was poor quality so I sent it back - the company sent me one email regarding my return and once I requested a refund they have ignored me repeatedly and I can now only assume they will just not give me back my money even though I have confirmation the order was received back to them.

My wife ordered a dress but when it arrived it was in an extremely cheap material and the measurements were all wrong. The bust size was smaller than the waist.
She contacted them in order to return it and they said if it did not fit then Ok but first they they would need photos of the dress all laid out. These were duly sent but there has been no reply from them since, even after us sending many follow up emails. They are SCAMMERS. Do not buy from them.

Awful company - I paid £45 for a t-shirt that is made of the cheapest possible material whereas the website said it was a cotton linen blend. They then tried the classic fraudster method of saying that it was terribly difficult to return the products and then they could offer me a 60% refund there and then. I stupidly accepted the offer never heard from them again.

Dreadful quality, and they refused my return request as they said quality matched pics. It did not, also got rubbish about warehouse refit.
It's a scam, do not buy from this company, the goods are terrible quality and you won't get your money back

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT’S A SCAM! I ordered a dress and the item that arrived looked nothing like what was pictured in the website. When I told them I wanted to return it, they were very responsive and provided a shipping address but said the refund could be delayed due to essential safety work at their main warehouse. It’s now been over a month and I’ve asked repeatedly for an update on issuing the refund and have been completely ghosted.

Item took weeks to arrive. Not worth the money. Said they would give me a refund of half the price if I kept the item which I have never received. Communication turned into Italian language. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAM.

If there was a minus score I would have selected it. Awful quality dress; their version of Linen Blend is cheap lightweight cotton. ‘Amanda’ replied to my email suggesting I have to pay to return the item for a different size and that the material was as described on site so no refund would be made. Label was cut off so no confirmation of material or care instructions. Having stated my rights; I’ve been ignored; absolutely no customer care or service. Strong advice. Do not buy from this company. My mistake was not to reading reviews about company before ordering.

Ordered an item that were of poor quality. Exercised my right to return goods under Consumer Contracts Regs and they demanded photos of the item and tracking info. Since I forwarded them tracking info and the item being returned, they have gone silent. Avoid like the plague!!

The dress I received was absolutely nothing like the one shown in the photos. The quality was extremely cheap, poorly made, and looked completely different from what was advertised.

Customer service is non-existent. I have tried contacting them regarding a return and refund, but have received no response at all. There appears to be no realistic way to return the item or resolve the issue.

This has been a complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience. Please be very careful before ordering from this company.

Really bad this company ordered some white trousers nothing like the picture when they eventually arrived waited well over three weeks for them. There is no contact with them either never again really bad customer service as well nobody ever gets back.

I placed an order with this unfamiliar brand. I thought to give it a try as it leads you to believe that delivery will be 2 working days, and due to both the imagery on the site and my need to receive these items for an event, I made the purchase.

Before I get criticised, I did look at their contact us and returns policy page and felt reassured after I saw a Birmingham office address, contact email and telephone number. However, had I done my due diligence, I would have noticed the mobile number and a non functional email which bounces your messages back to you.

Long story short. Do not buy from this non entity. They are not UK based and they have closed off all lines of communication to you.

The only thing that is getting through are their update emails stating that your parcel is “soon to be dispatched”…from China!!! God forbid it’s not coming in from Wuhan!?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I brought a dress which was a terrible fit, they agreed I could return it for a refund so I paid to return it but never had the refund nor will they answer any emails, phonecalls or the online chat on their website. Now raising the dispute with my bank.

Absolutely disgraceful service and quality. I tried to return a dress that I bought as it was awful and didn’t fit, they said there 30 day return policy doesn’t cover personal taste, they only do returns if the product is faulty. I am still arguing with them and have written to trading standards, please never go near this company they have no morals, stay away

Very poor service took weeks to arrive and when it did it wasn't required. Very poor quality not as described. Got offered 50% refund to keep product instead of returning. Which would be a near impossible task sending back to china. Still waiting for the refund. Not holding my breath . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

TERRIBLE customer service, item arrived WEEKS late with NO CONTACT from the company, arrived crumpled squashed up, TRASH QUALITY label is in CHINESE even though they pretend to be Italian so don't even know which rubbish it's made of; real hassle trying to return and they made me pay for postage.
STAY AWAY!!! unless you enjoy being messed around and ripped off!!!

BE VERY CAREFUL, this company advertises as it’s based in 🇬🇧 IT IS NOT. The business is based in Romania and they get there products from CHINA!! Yes it’s misleading on all areas.
ANYWAY BACK TO MY ORDER, i ordered a Large jumper but this is more like a MEDIUM! Contacted these cowboys you get NO REPLY. Rubbish service, for a rubbish product.
IF YOU ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR AN AWESOME LET DOWN WITH ALL THE NEGOTIATION SKILLS OF AN ENRAGED CROCODILE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS LOT.

Trying to get a refund is tough, but a tip is, if you want to keep something you ordered, contact them and say you want a refund and they’ll offer you a discount to keep it. Otherwise don’t bother ordering as if you want an easy quick refund process without excuses as to why they can’t then don’t bother

It says UK based but on returning the clothes I was told it had to be sent to China. It cost me £12 and they are now not responding to my emails WITH proof of return. Do not buy from this company as they are crooks.
