The quality of the new refill floss is unacceptable
I bought my Flossy in 2025 and first time ever my dentist said I had no cavities. I was so pleased with it that I recommended Flossy to everyone. Unfortunately, they changed the refill floss to a significantly thinner one. Now my gums bleed every time I use it, which never happened with the old, thicker floss. The new floss becomes loose on the device and doesn't cut as easily as the old one. I went from recommending Flossy to everyone to not wanting to use it at all. Unfortunately, the new floss is simply unusable for me. I really wish they would bring the old floss back.
