Well I should have checked reviews. Item never received despite them telling me it was on its way for 5 weeks then the website disappeared. Bought via shopify. Avoid this seller at all costs

I should have checked the trustpilot reviews before placing order. It’s frustrating to lured people showing exactly opposite of what really the product is. Anyway I will take this as a wise experience and no next time.

Very poor quality. I ordered the light up pumpkin. Nothing like the photo cheap knock off. I would avoud. Think they use photos from other sites. Do not use this company

SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS. WAY TOO SMALL AND NOT WHAT I ORDERED
WILL NOT SEND RIGHT ITEMS TO ME.
WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND AND PAY FOR RETURN OF WRONG ONES.
WANT ME TO PAY TO RETURN WRONG ITEMS AT MY EXPENSE AND SAY ONLY THEN WILL CONSIDER PAYING ME SOME OF MY MONEY BACK, AS LONG AS I HAVEN'T OPENED ANYTHING!

I have stated my case (not rocket science, you send the wrong items, you make amends) in several emails but they just keep saying the same thing.

The items received were too small. The customer service was dreadful. They said I could not return and have a refund. Dreadful company, don't waste your money.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. The goods (clothing) is rubbish, they were not willing to refund the money despite what they previously states, and do not honour the free returns policy. This company should NOT be allowed to be trading. Stay away from them because they are crooks.

Appalling. Order a ‘leather@ shoulder bag. It arrived 2 months later and was certainly not leather at all but cheap synthetic. No one answers mail, system miraculously inactive when you try to press further. This is theft Flourishp. Shame on you.

This company is a scam! I have been waiting 3 months for my item and it has not arrived. They refuse to refund me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad quality, will not accept a return. Offered me £2 refund on a £60 order to keep their rubbish. Told them i want to return the entire order and they keep responding sorry but they have tried to assist me.

My wife should have looked on Trustpilot before ordering! She ordered a leather shoulder bag but never received it and got no response to her emails. Terrible company!!

I ordered a raincoat on 13th August 2023. They charged me £24.99 when it was priced at £19.99. I contacted them and was quickly refunded £5. Tracking was provided as the product appeared to move across America until it supposidly got to Lincoln in september. Tracking then ceased for weeks and I emailed them every day! Lots of automated replies until EVRI received the product on 10th October. I rang EVRI who do not recognise the tracking number. Clearly a scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Not even worth 1 star! Never use this company!!! I ordered a raincoat in August and after numerous emails not making any sense it turned up yesterday 20th October and it’s a load of rubbish.. sleeves too short.. coat not oversized as stated and so flimsy and thin no way can it be waterproof

Don't use this makeshift company. Still waiting for a raincoat I ordered 2 months ago. Customer service is also a waste of time.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Goods were not to size according to their measurement guide line so therefore didn’t fit
Yet they state there is nothing wrong with their products in numerous emails.
They know it’s too expensive to return goods.
Offered 20% refund .
Never buy from them unless your sure the item is going to fit otherwise your throwing your money away.

Ordered a coat on 16.08.23 not arrived.as of today .Took £23.99 out of my account Instead of 19.99
I was refunded £4 after I complained.
As of today not recieved said order

Any contact with them is nonsense and does not get you anywhere.
I am going to contact my bank and attempt to get my money back

Wish I had seen this before I ordered raincoat paid extra £4 also and emailed but no sign of £4 or raincoat. Absolutely rubbish company. I can’t even see them on Facebook to leave a comment. Told me to be patient almost 8 weeks after order placed and paid for.

Both items (raincoats never received). Same as everyone else, sent emails only to receive a generated response each time that didn’t make any sense!
Stay clear.

Opened a claim with my bank 10 minutes ago & I have just received an email to say that it’s successfully been added back in my account.

7 weeks later and no item yet. £15.99 on website but they took £19.99! I've sent numerous emails but just getting the same reply, absolutely useless. Currently waiting to see if my bank can get my money back. STAY AWAY

Ordered off Facebook in August. Item never received despite getting numerous what appear to be scam emails over delivery. It’s now 30th September 2023 and no sign of my item.

Don’t even want to give this any stars as this is a SCAM.
Raincoats ordered end of July and still no package. Lots of communication but a lot of nonsense. Now have an EVRI tracking number which is also nonsense!
