Very disappointing. The flowers in the posy are not good quality. They were mainly tiny daisy-like sprays and look like wild flowers. They looked half dead when they arrived and didn't revive. The sender would be extremely disappointed if they had seen them.
I certainly will not be using this company to send flowers to anyone.

Amazing company. Beautiful flowers that last for ages. And they always arrive on time.

Bought a small bouquet for a friend - it looked quite nice online - not huge but a decent size with reasonably long stems in a normal size vase. When it arrived, the stems were about 6 inches long and the flowers were the most miserable I’ve ever seen. It was just large enough to fit into a large wine glass. I was embarrassed to have sent them too my friend. With postage, it cost me just under £20 which isn’t a fortune but not so cheap either. I’ve bought better online for less money. I won’t ever use FlowerBe again.

Delighted to have found this lovely business. I bought a botanical posy, delivered today, the recipient was delighted with them. I've been told they smell wonderful and that the posy was a good size too. I received timely updates, knew when the posy had been dispatched and knew what time the posy would arrive. Faultless. Thank you

Would give 10 stars if I could. I get a monthly subscription and the flowers are always a beautiful variety, the packaging is eco-friendly and the customer service is wonderful and kind. One of my favourite purchases.

I bought a bunch of flowers for my friends birthday 30th Jan, just heard from her they arrived on the 4th Feb in very poor condition not impressed with this company.

I sent a posy to a friend for her birthday back in November. We met for dinner the other night and I took the opportunity to ask her what she thought of her birthday flowers. Her face crumpled and she said: "Seeing as you've asked, I'm so sorry - not great."
Two of the stems were brown/dead and she was disappointed by the number of carnation type flowers in the tiny bunch. She said the box arrived with no water at all, no small vial, or damp tissue, as you normally get with letter box providers. She advised me not to order with Flowerbe again. I did pass this back to the company via e-mail - no response.

Arrived on time.

Company made an error in the recipient details. Unable to contact them by email as they failed to answer any emails. Do not touch with a barge pole! No customer service phone number to call them on and no way of contacting them. SCAMMERS!

Ordered 2 bunches of flowers and 2 vases for a graduation party. They arrived in great condition and looked absolutely stunning - so happy with my purchase and also different and fun and just gorgeous that the flowers can be dried afterwards. Genius. The vases were lovely. Cannot wait to order again.

Monthly posy subscription, very repetitive.

They seem to use the same base of white daises, white carnations and similar fillers/greenery each month, so they have all ended up looking very alike (had this mix for at least 3 months out of 4 so far). Would be nice for some variety/ a bit more seasonal. Had some berries at xmas which was nice (but then virtually the same posy again in January), and are the only seasonal touches I can see. Nice size and look pretty in a vase, but not sure will renew.
I don’t think I want to see a white carnation or white daisy chrysanthemum ever again after this ha!

Diabolical customer service - I treated myself to a monthly subscription. Second month in and no flowers arrived. - should be dispatched close to 15th of the month. Money taken from my bank. I messaged them, then I emailed and emailed and emailed them. Finally got a reply on 29/12 to say it must be a tech error but they couldn’t send me flowers because they were CLOSED FOR TWO WEEKS. Clearly no checks done. No offer of goodwill, just a refund which will take TEN DAYS to reach my account.
I’d already given them a chance when a posy that someone ordered for me arrived in a cheaper vase to the one paid for and with a big crack in it. Who closes for two weeks at one of the busiest times of the year. Nothing on their website. No contact telephone number. I’ll be cancelling the subscription once I get my refund.

First time using this company, and not impressed. Flowers were delivered several days late, and half are dead as a result! No customer service details can be found to feedback. A shame really as they were a gift for a birthday, so its quite embarassing!

Fuming! I ordered flowers and they arrived a day late for the birthday! Will not use this company again.

Very disappointing that the flowers arrived late - not on my niece’s birthday as requested. There should be a much more prominent note on the website saying that they may arrive late with an added suggestion that if required for a specific date ( eg a birthday) they should be ordered for a few days earlier.
