Don’t order from this site it’s totally scam I order flowers and cake and I trust on them but I haven’t receive anything and they say we have problems with finding addresses but address is easy to find and they don’t call for address I’m out side of home no delivery driver is there

I ordered a bouquet of white flowers to be delivered to my daughter-in-law in Hong Kong. Delivery was prompt but the quality of the blooms was appalling. Some of the white roses were very brown (indicating old stock) and looked dead. I sent a photo to Flowerbee along with an email and have heard nothing from them. Very disappointing and I won’t be using them again.

I was away on a business trip when my mother’s 70th birthday around the corner, and so looked for a HK florist to send flowers to her before I go back to celebrate.

I placed an online order one day before my mum’s birthday at Flowerbee HK as seeing they can even do same day delivery if order by 3pm so believe the delivery should be good, but then on delivery day they actually just lost the flowers on delivery as nothing reached my mother’s place at all. Enquired in the evening on the day through email (no phone numbers at all for this shop), the shop replied the bouquet been delivered but still I checked with my mother that nothing arrived. Email again even I was boarding a flight and the shop replied in fact they just left at the door but not notifying to either me, the sender, nor the receiver (my number/email and my mum’s numbers all attached to the order, n I switched on my Hk numbers that whole day just in case the florist may call even I was abroad). Then, checked again with my mum still no bouquet found at my mum’s door step either, and then I emailed again but no replies till next day….but next day the shop replied and found out they delivered to the wrong place and even giving a photo of the wrong doorsteps they left the bouquet at, but then they said they have no way to locate back those flowers anymore and just not doing anything about it and even knowing is a very special gift to my mum from me.

The worst thing is that even confirmed they had delivered to the wrong place and lost the flowers, Flowerbee HK is still not admitting anything wrong with their service nor willing to refund. They offered store credit but requiring me to send email order to use such instead of using like a code on website. When I am trying to order through email yesterday (Friday 13Sept) it is not responding for one whole day. I sent email at 1pm to order flowers and marked urgent, but no response at all for the whole day and really not sure about the next day.

Very terrible and unhelpful service by this florist, the Flowertree HK. Highly disappointed and frustrated in dealing with this shop as I have never experienced any thing similar with other florists. I would never recommend anyone to go for this shop. Please beware and think twice if you are checking out this shop.

My wife was away for a business trip to Hong Kong for an anniversary, so I was looking for a local HK florist to send flower to her hotel. Flowerbee was very easy to order from our their website, and the flower delivery was very prompt. The flowers were fresh, but I feel the wrapping could be more premium.

The flowers I ordered for my mother's birthday were beautiful. Even though I was overseas and couldn't celebrate with her, this site made it easy to choose a bouquet with some of her favorite flowers. Reasonable prices for the expansive collection they have.

I ordered a flower box for a special occasion. The flowers arrived promptly and were beautiful and fresh. Beautiful flowers, great value, and no-fuss ordering and delivery. Would use again.

I ordered for same-day free delivery, and the bouquet was delivered beautifully wrapped and the flowers were fresh. Lasted over a week. Will definitely order again.
