This shop got amazing arrangements , even the customer service Bea was very helpful and understanding despite the problem I had with an order and They fixed it right away. However I have a point regarding the extra chocolate or any item that can be added to the arrangement which cannot be done separately, hopefully in the near future they can fix this so someone can order any item seperatly from the bouquet.

Bea was very helpful in providing a clear and detailed update on my order. She also explained the delivery process clearly, which made everything easy to understand and gave me confidence in the service.
