Upcharged after order, product was not as promised.

They added a $20.31 "service fee" and a $4.99 "handling fee" AFTER I pressed the button to order. I had to call them and spend over 30 minutes on the phone to get the added charges removed, which they claimed "should have been displayed prior to order", but I highly doubt. I assume they are just adding on these charges on the assumption that people will be too lazy to deal with it. They have a lot of fees anyways, including those the flowers I ordered that were advertised at $35 came to over $90 when the order was complete.

Beyond that, the product was not exactly what was pictured when it was delivered. It was advertised in a slightly nicer vase with some little present decorations, but came in a very plain glass jar with no decoration. It also was advertised with mini carnations and roses, but came with regular carnations and NO roses.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because their representative was polite when refunding their BS extra charges and fresh flowers that looked sort of like what they sold me did arrive on time.

I won't be using them again. As always, your best bet is to find a reputable florist local to where you want flowers delivered and deal with them directly.

Non delivery

Ordered one dozen roses to be sent to hotel. I was promised both verbally and on order same day shipping. The flower arivid three day later after my lady friend had already checked out. After calling customer service to ask for a full refund. But after waiting for many minutes the line got disconnected. After several more attempts the line got permanently blocked, and could not get thru. After several online reports to customer service, I never got a reply. I was billed $125.00 for one dozen roses. Way too much. Service sucks. Take my advice, and buy somewhere else. Go direct to local flower shop, and avoid this third party rip off.

SCAM SITE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Here is my story...
I paid for my order, subtotal: aprx. $53. Thought I had a good deal, then on the receipt page i see $90!!! I was totally confused, thought I ordered 2 by mistake, Turns out below your total there is a small print that says something about 'service fee may apply' turns out the service fee was $40!! for delivery and service fee!! EXCUSE ME?! Talk about hidden fee! They don't tell you until after you finish your order, a couple of dollars then fine, but this is outrageous to not announce with the bill. Immediately i called, within 2 min of placing the order to cancel it, and nothing, not only an extremely rude sales team to answer and tell me there is no supervisor (apparently nobody in charge and they have to transfer you to customer service) in which I have left 5 voicemail's for within 48 hours. Not ONE call back. Not one answer either. Finally I decide to send an email to their customer support and it is below:

I have called customer service MULTIPLE times over the last 2 days to cancel the order. The customer support answering the on the sales end has been extremely unhelpful, and rude. Transferred to customer service multiple times, left 3 different voice mails, including the voicemail 2 minutes after the order due to a hidden fee that i was extremely unhappy about. I have asked to speak to a supervisor MULTIPLE times, and have yet to get in touch with one. I have left multiple messages for supervisors as well. I NEED a call back, and I NEED this order canceled. I have already spoken to my credit card company who has confirmed with me that payment will not be sent and a dispute has been started. I am appalled by the customer service with not only the sales team who is extremely rude, but also by the customer support in which appears to be non-existent. Please return my calls, after 14 calls (yes I checked my call log) and 5 or so voicemail's later, and not one response from a supervisor or customer service. Cancel my order, and call me ASAP.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM! after doing a lot of research I have discovered it is a scam site and I have learned my lesson!

Misleading pricing. Bad service

Looking at all the stellar reviews on this site for FDE, I keep wondering why there seem to be so many of them that are posted on the same day by folks who seem to never review anyone else before or after? Perhaps, due to exceptional service outbreaks they have sudden bursts of satisfied customers? Or maybe there is another, more sinister explanation?
In short - arrangement that was advertised for promotional rate of $45 ended up costing me $102 after all the hidden fees were added. Their 4-hour delivery promise was bogus - they called me at 8pm saying they could not fulfill, and they could deliver next week (when the recipient would be traveling).

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

This company is a scam, straddling the line of the law.

My order was placed fraudulently by the website when a pop-up ad regarding reduced shipping prices submitted the order when I hit close. I did not want this order to be placed as I felt the prices were too high to be worth the value. I immediately called the customer service number and the representative stated my order was placed on hold, but they refused to take my information or order confirmation number. Without knowing who I am or what my order is, how can they state it was placed on hold? Then they said I had to call back after 11:00am the next day to receive confirmation of the cancellation. When I explained this was a next day delivery, they hung up the phone. Seriously, they hung up on me!!!

The next morning's multiple calls to customer service fared no better. The representative kept me on the line, refusing to talk to me, while I heard him and the other representatives laughing and singing. Then he placed me on hold, again without acknowledging me at all. The reason, he had started another call which was conducted in his native language. The other attempts also resulted in hang ups and automated messages saying we will call you back.

What a lousy, scam of a company this is. Even after placing an online dispute via their website, requesting help with the cancellation, I received an error message stating that multiple requests from the same IP address will impede the ability to assist me. I only placed one request through the website, but again this is an example of a scam and how they set up safeguards to straddle that line.

This is your definition of customer service? I had to call Visa to dispute the charge, opened an incident with the Better Business Bureau and am placing this review on every social media site I can find. If you still choose to use this company, please remember you have been warned.

DO NOT use this website - not a serious business

Avoid heavy frustration - do not use this website!
FDE has drawn $89 from my credit card - no flowers has been delivered.
I cancelled the order 2 min after placing the order since FDE added a fee after I had accepted the amount of payment.
I have e-mailed FDE 2 times - NO answer.
When you track your order NOTHING appears. A standard message says "Your order is en route".
I have called FDE 3 times, this is what happens:
You are met with a "oh, Mam, I am so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. Let me transfer you to my supervisor and he will help you sort this out". I was transferred and after 5 min I finally got a male person who hung up on me. I did not get a chance to explain my issue.
The second and third time I called back I was transferred to a answering machine.
I have still not heard one comment from FDE - neither is my money back into my account.
Shame on you FDE for running such a bad business.

Don't let them ruin your special occation

I ordered from flowerdeliveryexpress after reading all the good reviews, i even upgraded to there exquisite option. Roses got to the destination, and started dyeing the very next day. The recipient a family member called on the 3rd day, and was rudely told she should have called on the first day. Didnt inform me, cause she felt that it would be rude. Ten days later i received a email with a credit for $52.22, I was ready to us it and called my family member to ask which flowers she would like. I was informed of what had happened, to my surprise because I paid extra to upgrade to their exquisite program at an exorbitant price, that guarantied me fresh for up to 7 days. I tried calling, but the line got cut off, I wrote them and no answer. I believe that they are writing their own reviews, do not take a chance, they dont care about the customer. Call a local florist to where you are shipping your flowers, because it is exactly what this web site is going to do. You will get it for less, and you will get a better outcome. I dont want this website to ruing anybody else special occasion. Plus as all the other reviews read, shipping and handling is more expensive than the flowers.

BBB MUST GET INVOLVED IMMEDIATELY TO SHUT THIS 'COMPANY' DOWN!

I only wish I'd seen these reviews before I used FDE. I experienced everything these reviewers experienced and this so called flower delivery service ruined a special moment and occasion.
I am contacting BBB with all the documented correspondence by email and voicemail records by end of business day today because FDE should NOT be conducting this business in such a manner. It's disgraceful. SHAME ON YOU, FDE.

Deserve zero stars

Shame on this company! They didn't deliver the costly upgraded flower arrangement - they delivered a plant. The funeral is long over and the people who should have had the flowers are now gone. The phone number takes you to an essentially non-existent customer service after you talk to people you cannot understand...but nobody answers. Oh, after 20 tries, I finally talked to a human, sort of, while hearing dozens of other phones and voices so loud that I could barely hear some of the words spoken by the human on the other end of the line. She said she would call the florist and leave a message on my voice mail but she didn't do it. They are so shady I don't know how they can even be in business. SCAM!

Ugly Arrangement Not What I ordered

Sent to a friend in hospital recovering from surgery. Arrangement looked like a mixture of old flowers done by a child. Weird things sticking out in a confusing manner with more filler than flowers. Nothing like what I ordered of daisies and sunflowers. The "card" for $4.99 was a typed piece of paper. This mess cost $105.00 dollars. I'm embarrassed to have my name on them.

FlowerDeliveryExpress.com - Wrong Flowers delivered to my daughter

Yesterday, Sept 14, 2015. I ordered a Bamboo Plant deluxe for my daughter's anniversary. I gave the plant code and spoke with the operator about the size (delux) which she indicated would be 8 to 10 bamboo shoots in a vase. The final bill including delivery charges added up to $89.00. Last night my daughter and I skyped and I saw the arrangement that was delivered to her my jaw dropped. She received Carnations and Sunflowers in a vase. Is this for real. Today I tried calling the Customer Service line and they keep hanging up on me. I would never recommend this company and never use them again. This is robbery.

awful experience

My experience with this company was awful! The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day to one of my staff who had surgery. They were not delivered at all!! When she got back to work I found out they had not been delivered and I called the company. The gentleman I spoke with was nice and had flowers delivered 2 days later. However, the credit code they gave me to make up for the experience does not cover shipping and handling...which means I had to pay out of pocket again! The shipping and other service charges are ridiculous! A $33 arrangement became $83 after all the charges were added! When I called and asked for a refund of the original arrangement, they said they would have to pick up the flowers before they would give me a refund. I explained that they were dead now and she said that they could not give me a refund since they could not pick up dead flowers!!! I don't think she even knew how crazy that sounds!!! I will never use this company again!

UNBELIEVEABLE! AVOID AT ALL COST.

I will share the email i sent to the customer relations dept,


Please be aware that i signed up to TRUSTPILOT specifically to share my experience and then i discover the ratings of the flower shop are really bad.

On the website they show only 5 and 4.5 star ratings that you can't click and check.

I paid $254 for two bouquets, despite realizing all the extra handling and service fees,

Their service is horrible, their prices ridiculous and so undependable.

To Whom it may concern,

Your website and services have to have been one of the worst services I've EVER used.

One order arrived with missing items and possibly not the correct flowers even! and this is after i paid for the best ! While the other order had the cheek to be late and then not arrive at all!

My sunny Daisy bouquet did not have the correct flower despite paying an extra $23 for the "EXQUISITE" Service. The enclosure card was very tacky piece of paper for 4.99 dollars! the balloon despite paying for 3 only 2 arrived, and the $19.99 boxed chocolates weren’t delivered instead a packet of salted caramel. This was 1 of 2 special moments that i thought would not have been ruined by using your service especially with all of your different handling fees and delivery fees. That WAS RIDICULOUS.

So at the moment we have:

1. Piece of paper that had typed my note for 4.99 dollars. - Not an Enclosure Card.
2. 14.99 dollars for 3 balloons, only 2 arrived.
3. 19.99Dollars for Boxed Chocolates, that didn’t arrive and instead my wife got a salted Caramel pack.
4. For exquisite service apparently the flowers were incorrect, my wife told me they did not match the picture and were not daisies. so thats 23 dollars in addition to the price for the bouquet itself.

Now for the other order that never arrived:

The other order which was for the same address order number 70086248

My mother in Law was supposed to get the Best wishes Bouquet also exquisite service, and an enclosure card.
It is another special moment ruined thanks to your service!

Now here’s what’s wrong.

First they called my brother in Law to say they were going to deliver a day late and spoiled the surprise. As my Brother in law is with my family abroad i registered his phone number so you could better coordinate with him "xxxxxxxxxx"
Nothing arrived. My mother in law was given my wife’s anniversary flowers and then realizing they weren’t for her you can imagine how she felt!

This is extremely upsetting your company have a responsibility in dealing with special matter with emotional attachments be them weddings or anniversaries to get well soon or wakes. How could you allow such carelessness into your service.

Especially with all the extra fees you are charging

Bouquet number 2:

1. The bouquet itself for 28 dollars
2. Exquisite Service for 23 dollars
3. Enclosure CARD for 4.99 dollars
4. Vase Service Fee for 6.99 dollars
5. Next Day rush service 3.99 dollars
6. Shipping/Service 17.99 dollars (somebody will catch on to your several extras fee)
7. Handling fee 1.99 dollars
8. Sales fee of 15.98 dollars


There was also a 40 dollar discount on each bouquet.


I want A FULL REFUND and for you to somehow correct your mistakes. In addition to an explanation for how so many errors could happen in ONE order.

Scammed? Here's what to do next.

I was also scammed. Same story as below. I made a payment, no flowers were received, and then I tried calling and there was no response. I was hung up on a few times. What you need to do is call Paypal IMMEDIATELY, as well as your credit card company and let them know what's up. Also contact your Better Business Bureau and report them as a fraud. The more people who do this, the faster this company will be shut down. We need to do something about this!

Bill charged twice

I ordered a bouquet with this company for a birthday and I received a duplicate bill.I was trying to get in contact with customer support and has been impossible.

I'm also disappointed with the bouquet that I received, I think that in any mall I could buy a better one. On the other hand I had to call several times because there was a delay in the delivery and they charged me for a one-day delivery.
I wouldn't recommend this company, they are very unprofessional.
