Did not deliver when promised

After learning that a friend of mine lost a family member, I ordered a bouquet from Flowers by Nora and they said that it would be delivered the same day. It was stated on the invoice as well.

The day after the promised delivery date, I called three times to ask where the flowers were. The first two calls left me with no information. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not at the store.

With the last call, I canceled my order and requested a full refund. The flowers are meaningless now, my friend will be elsewhere. I will update this review if I don't receive the refund.

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews as my experience was wonderful. The Blooming Sympathy Cremation Adornment I ordered was so beautiful & the best arrangement there. It was a wreath, & since an arrangement already encircled the urn, I placed a current photo of my mother-in-law in the center. At the cemetery I shared the lovely lavender & purple roses with the ladies & grandchildren, & they loved them.

If there was a negative -0 star I would have selected that. I order a funeral spray for our company boss father whom passed. Collected money from all the supervisors to purchase an arrangement over $200, to be delivered the same day to the funeral home the day before the funeral. I received my confirmation email of payment etc. Low and behold Nora's emailed me 45 minutes later saying they could not fulfill the order. The refund of over $200 would be refunded between 3-5 business days. Consequently, too late to reach out to another florist. We end up just hand delivering a small live plant the same day of the funeral. Then the funeral directors did not read the card from our plant. Ughhhh!!!

I ordered a basket flowers with three balloons for my boss. I was horrified to see what they delivered. A measly bunch of flowers that wilted right away, with one balloon, not three and NOT in a basket. That was the whole charm of the arrangement. It came instead in a cheap looking clear glass vase. They also delivered the flowers at 9:30 at NIGHT! When I complained, they only gave me money back for the two balloons that were missing. I will never order from them again.

Made an order. I was in a hurry. Requested the order to be canceled a few minutes later after reading reviews. Customer service responded that they couldn't cancel due to not being able to reach the delivery driver who was already out delivering my order for the next day.

I should have read these reviews 1st! My Mothers flowers never arrived. Customer service said they were on their way and would be available until 8pm for updates. That was a lie. Next day and no flowers and just a reply that they will get back to me. SCAM! I will be disputing with my CC. Shame on this company!

I got taken like the other people. With the exception of the roses, everything was different. Instead of a blue 'mason' jar, it is clear with blue dye. :-(. Only the roses are the correct flower, the other 5-6 flowers are completely different.

I ordered the "premium" version of the Jewel of my Heart bouquet from Flowers by Nora. What my wife received for our 20th wedding anniversary was obviously not close to the same quality nor volume of even the "standard" version advertised. I contacted Flowers by Nora for a full refund OR to deliver the flowers that I ordered. They only agreed to refund $20 of the $115. They also claim "Free Delivery", but charge a $19 "service fee". They have more complaints along these same lines with the BBB.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a veteran and sending flowers to a fellow veteran’s family. Flowers by Nora couldn’t have made this process any more difficult. The first order they stated they had “a lack of supplies” and needed to cancel the order. The second stated online it would be on time and then when I confirmed this with individual they explained it would be given out by delivery schedule and location. I explained I needed to cancel - a little over a day in advance and they would do nothing they stated “they are unable to contact the delivery driver”. Do yourself a favor and DON’T use Flowers by Nora.

Worst company ever!!! Do not do business with them. Ordered flowers for a memorial service several days in advance, the night before the service I get an email they cannot fulfill my order. Why not call? Send different flowers? long story short did not see email until after service so no flowers were sent. COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

As everyone else said they are scammers where they claim to have free shipping and then charge you $20 service fee.

its a scam!!!!! i payed over a 100 dollars, my bank said it got threw, but they say they didn´t get anything. Watch out!!!

I wish I had looked at their review before I ordered. The person who took my order was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, they never delivered any flowers and never contacted me to tell me there was a problem!!!
I don’t get angry very easily but this sure did do it.

Flowers by Nora is a Scam. They are not an actual Florist. Another scam online is Flowers by Ava. There are a whole bunch of them. These florists do not exist. You cannot find a brick and mortar establishment in the town they claim to exist in which is a dead give away. Do not order from these scamming lowlifes no matter what you do.

I ordered a funeral flower arrangement from Flowers By Nora after my cousin’s husband passed away. I found them online while searching for florists in the Manchester, NJ area and the arrangements shown on their website looked beautiful.
I paid $227.63 for an arrangement that was supposed to include red roses, lilies, snapdragons, and greenery.
What showed up at the funeral was completely different.
Instead of roses, the arrangement was made mostly of red carnations, and several of the lilies were already browning and dying. It looked nothing like what I ordered. Unfortunately, the arrangement was placed right next to the casket and the room was full of mourners, so taking photos at that moment would have been extremely inappropriate.
It was honestly embarrassing, because I wanted to send something meaningful.
When I contacted the florist afterward, the conversation was disappointing and there was no real effort made to make things right.
Funeral flowers are not just another purchase, they are part of honoring someone who has passed away. This experience was incredibly upsetting during an already painful time.
I would not recommend using this florist for funeral arrangements.

Customer service doesn't care, they have no address they can or will give you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. What i got was not what was ordered. I paid 95.00 for a premium bouquet and I got standard. The flowers were nothing like what the picture was. I have emailed and been ghosted by Victoria so now I will dispute the charges with my bank. Save your money and don't buy from them.

Flowers were not delivered on the date requested. We received an email with time and date arrangement was delivered, but it was blatant lie. Flowers arrived the following day and arrangement was no where near the photo of product I ordered. I will never use this company again.

Terrible!!! Delivery was late. Called customer service 3 times. The plant that arrived was on life support. Don’t fall victim to this terrible company.

Represented themselves as local and then failed to deliver birthday flowers that were ordered and confirmed. No apologies or offer of corrective action form them. Managed to get a refund and an unhappy birthday celebrant along with us.

We ordered flowers from them, we also ordered a greeting card for 4.99. The person who received the flowers also received a card the stated "sorry for your loss". The person did not pass a way and what was paid for a Greeting card, how a condolence card was sent is beyond us.
