The legs are beautiful, simple and complement the green marble table top perfectly. From initial communication to arrival of the legs - both service and quality were top notch!

Order never fulfilled. Terrible customer service.
I placed an order for table legs. They communicated through what looked to be an auto generated email that my order would be two weeks delayed. I wanted 3 weeks, and without any order being shipped, asked for a refund. They then tried to gaslight me by saying my order would ship the day I asked for my money back. Then, a week later and still no shipping information I re-demanded my money back. Another auto generated email claimed my order would be refunded. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They list a phone number but no one ever answers and unable to leave a message. We have ordered thousands of dollars worth of table legs and bases over the years snd several times had issues with poor packaging and bases arriving damaged with the promise of doing better and a slight discount. The most recent order we placed is now nearly a month old and they are only now shipping it despite the website stating orders will be processed in 2-3 days. We have been unable to speak with anyone about when we will receive the table base as our clients have a deadline that will be missed due to the lack of communication and processing of Flowyline staff. It’s one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with. Do yourself a favor and find a local supplier. Never again will we place orders with this piss poor company,

We purchased a table base online. The company was offering a 10% discount but we were unable to get the discount through the check out process. The chat line came up telling us they would refund the discount after the purchase. They never did even after several texts saying they would. They are dishonest. I believe this is standard procedure for the company. Buyer beware. Sandra L

Somehow, a gorgeous coffee table base with a really cool design was cheaper than buying plain legs, wood or steel, anywhere else. It was genuinely frustrating having other places charge $50 for a single set of 2 steel legs for a 16" coffee table, but then for the same price I found an elegant base here. Worth a look, at the very least.

The legs are beautiful
The legs are beautiful! Sadly the legs were bigger than we thought but we look forward to a future project where we can use them. The quality looks amazing so we order another set of legs that will work for the custom table we got. It was nice that they worked with us to make sure take two will 100% work with our new table. If you’re looking for quality, the legs look even better
in real life.

Defective product and unresponsive, inactive customer service
Received defective table legs with bent mounting plates due to poor welding procedure. Attempted to contact via phone with no answer. Attempted to contact via their 24 hour chat option with no response. Had an agent email me back and after a few messages back and forth jumping through hoops, they told me they would ship a new set promptly. Three days later they still have not shipped anything and are unresponsive via email. Very disappointed as I was hoping to use this brand in the future. Poor manufacturing quality and poor service are holding up an important build for me and my client.
Update: Flowyline eventually sent a second pair of legs, which were even worse than the first set. They promised repeatedly that someone would call me, but they never do. I spent hours bending and reforming the defective legs so they could be used. Absolutely horrible company and service. Don't believe all these AI generated reviews and posts. These legs are manufactured cheaply overseas and marketed as handmade here. If you have an issue, they won't fix it because they have no quality control.
Update #2: as you can see below, Flowyline is trying to make it seem like UPS damaged the product. This is not the case. The initial product was defective and the replacement was even worse. They don't weld and fixture the legs properly, and they warp. This is a case of poor design and a cheap companies refusal to fix the problem. Flowyline still has not called me to resolve this issue.

Although our usual policy is to first file a claim with UPS, we recognized that you had an urgent project for your customer. Unfortunately, our warehouse was closed over the weekend. So, we expedited the replacement and shipped it on the next business day at no extra cost to you.

Amazing artistic table base
Amazing artistic table legs/base was perfect for our project. We used a large amount of silicone to adhere leather finished granite cut in a circle to create a bespoke coffee table.

I loved the quality of the table base
I loved the design of the coffee table base, and ordered it early. so the table could be made to fit the base patterrn. I have received the table top today and put them together and it looks so awesome. Great Quality / Easy to Install
I've ordered two different styles of the metal table legs and have been impressed with the quality. The legs were easy to install and are designed to allow the wood to expand and contract.
