I am filing this formal complaint against Fluencify due to the company's failure to pay my outstanding earnings and its unfair handling of allegations of fraudulent views on my videos.
Fluencify has flagged my payments as canceled or withheld, claiming that my video views involve fraudulent activity. However, the company has failed to provide clear and convincing evidence to support these accusations. Despite this, my payments have not been released.
To make matters worse, Fluencify is now demanding that I submit videos of every single piece of content I have published, claiming that all of them are associated with fraudulent activity. This request is excessive, unreasonable, and places an unfair burden on me, especially when the company has not provided specific evidence or a transparent explanation of the alleged violations.
I have fulfilled my responsibilities as a content creator and expect to receive the compensation I have legitimately earned.
**I am formally demanding the following:**
1. Immediate payment of all outstanding earnings owed to me.
2. A detailed explanation and verifiable evidence supporting the fraud allegations.
3. An end to unreasonable and excessive requests for additional documentation.
4. Confirmation that my account and subscription will be closed once my outstanding payment has been settled.
I do not wish to continue my relationship with Fluencify under these circumstances. I simply want to receive the money I have earned and close my registration with the company.
It is unacceptable for a company to withhold payments based on vague allegations without providing transparent evidence or a fair resolution process.
