Sam is great to work with. Made th3 booking process so simple. This is the 2nd time I've worked with Sam and I will tell you he makes it easy. Send him where and when and he takes care of all the details. Sends you multiple options, pick the one you want and you are booked. Great service

Amount charged to my CC for business travel was more than quoted. Upon contesting, I was emailed that it would not be advisable for me to dispute the charge for the following reasons, and I quote:

However, I want to make you aware of some potential complications that may arise from this process:

- Disputes can significantly impact your credit score. Each additional dispute—especially if unsuccessful—can lower your score further.
- Your bank may charge additional fees for initiating a dispute.
- The process can take several months to resolve. During this time, your bank might temporarily credit the disputed amount to your account, only to reverse it later if the dispute is not resolved in your favor. This can sometimes result in an overdraft and further fees.
- By the time the bank will start reviewing the documents the ticket will already be fully used. This is going to be a red flag for the bank and the dispute will be considered as fraudulent chargeback.
