Friends planned a 40th birthday party in Crete, Greece. I suffer from back and neck issues and knew that I could not travel from New York to Greece in an economy class airline ticket. I researched the prices for business/first class and they were astronomical, well past my budget. I was fortunate enough, however, to come across fly.business. I emailed them and Mario returned my call. Mario made it financially possible for me to attend the bday celebration. He was kind and patient while I figured out my dates. No matter how many times I changed plans, Mario was right on it and never pressured me. Mario found me flights I could afford with all the bells and whistles. I will not book another airline ticket without first contacting Mario. I have already referred him to several friends. Thank you Mario, you’re a gem.

In general the experience and communication with Ella was excellent. Being my first experience with Fly Business I must confess I was skeptical about achieving the Flight arrangements at a discounted price without issues or surprises, hidden fees or any other kind of problem. So Far so good, I confirmed the flights, can now see them in my American Airlines website and AADVANTAGE account, seats assigned, Record Locator confirmed etc. I hope we will be able to have this vacation and come out of it without any problem that may change my perception and opinion of this service you provide.
