Great site and easy to use

Great site and easy to use. It was difficult to filter what I wanted and didn’t see the breakdown of fees. However, after a second attempt it was easy to book.

Good Experience

The service was good, easy to book the flights and pay.

One thing I would say it, they need to show the full break down of the fees because it was a bit confusing but all round good.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, have used in the past and will use again in the future!. Booking my second holiday with this company, very simple and easy. Just book it, can't recommend them enough

Multi city issues and crap response

We wanted to book a multi city flight package between London, San Francisco and LA. On the website it states that this can be done but you need to chat online or call up.

After trying the online chat and not receiving a response we tried to call, but were informed by a automated response that the lines were closed - even when the open hours clearly state 9am - 11pm on the website.

We then got a call back, but were informed that you can’t book multi city flights - even though it clearly states on the website that you can.

Overall a very dodgy and crap experience trying to deal with this company.

Hello! I am sorry for the miscommunication. We have put our multi city booking requests on hold for the time being due to an overload of general booking enquiries. Our customer support wouldn’t be able to deliver support standards as we would like. We are working on implementing this feature though. Quite frustrating!

Quite frustrating!! The website is rubbish, asks me for my Annual Earnings and declines me... so how much do you need to earn??? A million pound... 😡

So being declined for credit is not linked to a salary not being high enough.
