I had amazing exoerience with the company. To start with when I was booking my holiday the staff especially Isaac was very helpful and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. After covid I was extremely worried and I contacted Dona Williams. She was extremely professional, she reassured me and was on hand whenever I emailed her. She really helped me out when I was desperate. I would honestly use this company agaib. Thank you so mucb for eveything.

I had very nice and very helpful RAMSEY he offers grate holidays but because of the world sytuation I decide to leave it for now.... but definetly will get in contact when will be save to travel. I trully recomend this proffesional company and Ramsey is very friendly and professional. Apologise for changing my mind.

This is a brilliant company, I had one holiday cancelled due to Covid 19, and re-booked to a different Country.
The service from Dona was absolutely brilliant.
Dona never stopped working even when the booking was complete, she come back with a better hotel. This is a company a must to use.

update.... as my first holiday to morroco was cancelled was told about golden sands wheelchair friendly NOT
....stuck in room as the lift is made for tinkerbell ....can't push wheelchair anywhere ..was told it's a beach front hotel..it's NOT ...and after numourse calls to the office and promised calls back ...still waiting ...cant even go out for walks as the roads are shocking ....some young girls have alread been moved and loads more complaints.....now looking for flight home :-(

I had a lovely tour operator called Dona Williams who went through everything she went up and beyond for me as I’m not good with computers she helped me loads from printing boarding passes to doing my health forms to get into spain I couldent thank her

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I'm still waiting for a refund from February 2020 as I'd paid in advance for private transfer from Krakow to my hotel and was left stranded!!
Even the staff at the airport told me this company wasnt at all good
Absolutely disgraceful ....
