Was sure this company was a scam but actually received a parcel after 4 weeks . The product packaging is cheap. The product is a tiny cheap chinese toy with a manual spin. If you paid more than £4 you will probably be disappointed . You probably ordered in a rush from a FB advert like I did without doing any research . So you and I probably deserve exactly what we get .

Got my order about a month late. Then opened the product..it was not an automatic spinner like advertised. Unhappy

Like so many others, ordered around Black Friday, order supposedly shipped, but didn't hit shipping facility in China for over 2 weeks. Then it made its way to the US. Clearance for the item started Dec 20 and still has not cleared 7 days later. It has been 27 days since I ordered. Definitely looking like an online marketing scam. We'll see if we ever get the items ordered.

Placed order on Nov 27th. Website claims orders process in 2-3 days. Mine took 14 days before any processing or tracking history began. I emailed them several times and response was basic sorry for the delay and sounded like AI and not a real person. It's now Dec 24th and my order tracking says "import customs clearance completed" for the last 4 days. The tracking company, 17track.net, is legit, but often used by scammers according to my Google search. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card. Sounds like this company is scamming a lot of people. So frustrating.

Day 20 of trying to get my order. Customer Service only replies they have a 30 day return policy. They do not know where my order is. They do NOT reply to my question of how I would get a refund if I don’t receive the items.

I placed an order and was told it shipped but the tracking shows in China and no movement for several weeks. I contacted customer service multiple times and my messages were ignored. I finally received an automated response and then a general “its on the way, delayed, thanks for your patience” message. More weeks pass and still no movement from China and no proof on the way. Saw lots of other people post same experience and when I (and others) posted on their social media accounts about being charged and not receiving order they ignored and then deleted and hid everyones comments which makes me regret the purchase and feel this company is a scam and shady. I contacted to cancel and refund my order and of course they have ignored and not responded or refunded so now I will have to go through the hassle of disputing charge etc. I share this to let others know of my experience and to avoid this company and do not purchase from them.

Ordered four items.At first, no progress with shipping from China, although did receive response from customer service saying there was a delay due to packaging and cannot cancel order. Initially thought this was a scam so put in a dispute with my credit card company.Three items finally arrived after a little over a month!Hopeful last item will arrive soon.Items are nice and in lovely cases (although probably not worth what I paid?),just took a long time to arrive (not in time for holiday gifting and I ordered end of Nov/beginning Dec)! I canceled the dispute with my credit card company at least for the first three items.

I made a purchase in August 2025. I have received the items 10 days later and they came in two beautiful cases and they work amazingly. I am so surprised. These are a gift and I am very happy with them.
