The product is nothing like lego
The product is nothing like lego, pieces are incredibly small and instructions very difficult to follow. Bought the Tottenham stadium and a smaller Tottenham Santander, but not been able to build either due to the poor instructions. Have built many big lego sets including Star Wars Millennium Falcon, so it is not me but the instructions that are poor. Would not recommend anyone buying their sets!
Lost Instructions and Stickers
I had had the Citi Field stadium for a few years and never built it. One day when I opened the box to build it I realized I didnt have the instructions or stickers. I sent a shot in the dark email asking for the instructions and stickers, in around 24 hours they answered and sent me a pdf version of the instructions. They also asked for my address and sent me the stickers. Best customer service team of all time.

Do NOT order from this company. The quality of their product is not as shown on the website. The material is cheap as well as the actual print on the fabric. Don’t spend the money on this, order from a brand like 47 or a more notable NFL sponsored brand for your game day wear.

Placed a pre-order with a ship by date of October 20. On October 27 I reached out to inquire about my items as I had not received an update. On October 29 a representative replied letting me know my purchase has an expected ship date of December 8. I received no notification of this change, and the response I received from the rep was simply sorry for your inconvenience. One of my items had a ship by date of October 10, so I asked for that item to be sent separately as a courtesy, despite the policy stating all parts of a pre order ship at the same time. This request was denied and I was told they would not be offering any discount or promotion. Bait and switch! My receipt says my items will ship by October 20, that should be honored or an option of a refund should be presented without me having to request it. Terrible business practice. I would never give them another dime. Why would I want my NFL items mid December? Be for real.
LOOKS ARE DECEIVING
Ordered a pre sale item and didn't pay attention to the ship by date. Once I realized the ship date I canceled my order. 9 month for a bobble head is crazy. Why sell football stuff and not be able to get it customers during the season. What's the point of buying gifts from this site if they will never make it on time. Alot of 4 and 5 stars with complaints which looks like they are fake reviews. The majority of these reviews speak on how horrible the customer service is and I believe them. The emails I have with customer service all start with "hello unknown" like my name is literally on my order. None of these reviews comment on the quality of their products because everyone is either still waiting for their product or never got it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
The absolute worst customer service
The absolute worst customer service. I've been trying to order since Oct 20th. First order I was sent a label creation email two days after purchase only to have an email sent about an error in inventory two days after that leaving me 5 days left to order and have arrive. I ordered paid over night shipping with nothing on Saturday or Sunday and then an email Monday at 8am telling me again that they don't have that inventory. Leaving me with no time to order anything else. No effort to share what they so have in stock or a phone number for me to reach them to find a way to make this right. Stay away from this company.

Ordered an item then to cancel because it would have arrived to late. It was supposed to be a gift. Took me forever to get a refund. To only receive half of my money back. Bad customer service. I’m never dealing with this company again.
Quick to take payment, months to ship items.
I've ordered from FOCO countless times. I always receive my order, but they are SO slow. This last order is just unacceptable. I ordered a pre-order item that stated "ships no later than 10/20." On 10/22, having received no update of any kind, I reached out. The response I got was, oh, if you had looked at the website, you'd see that they are now preorder with a ship date of "no later than 12/8"... ordering an item at the beginning of football season (first week of september) and not receiving it (at best!) until near the end of football season is madness. And why bother saying "no later than" when that can clearly just be a lie, and they'll just ship whenever they feel like it? This is nearly a $200 item. Better believe they took my money the first week of September though.

Shipping was EXTREMELY quick! When I realized one of the lego sets I ordered came without instructions, I reached out to the customer service team and they emailed me back within an hour with a pdf version! Very professional.

FOCO went above and beyond
FOCO went above and beyond for my son and his first grade class. The class is participating in the NFeLementary and FOCO sent the whole class backpacks of the team they drafted. They did not have to do such an awesome thing, but they did and it's truly appreciated! I will gladly support a company that gives back to the kids!

Honestly please do not give this company your business. Ordered a pair of slides. The design was great and the product was shipped quickly. However, they broke within 2 months. I reached out asking for assistance or a replacement. They were only worn around the house. They said nothing they can do outside of 30 days. Very cheap material. Do not give them your business!
False inaccurate inventory
Fake false or unreal inventory. Card was charged and I received tracking number and shipping info with location map. Then got email that it was an error. Very very disappointed ☹️
