I would never recommend anyone to buy refurbished phone from Fonezone. I can tell what I went through and you can decide for yourself. I bought Samsung Galaxy S20 dual sim 5G phone from Fonezone on 27th May and received the handset promptly on 28th May. Upon receiving I noticed that the handset is single sim and not dual sim as stated in the advert. I had already received few messages from their customer care number, so I message them back stating the issue. I got reply that they will look into the issue and the team will get back. On 30th May Fonezone courier person collected back the handset and ever since then I'm chasing them for a replacement dual sim handset or at least the refund for the purchase. Now they took the phone back and have not given anything. It's been more than 12 days, everyday when I message they respond that team is looking into the issue and will get back. Do not deal with this fraud company and save your hard earned money.

Dont order from this site.. from the order details delivery will be within 2–5 days. My order has been more than a week now but not yet delivered. And the customer service is very poor, they will keep on telling the same message. Not very helpful. And the payment, it was tabby so suppose to be divided into 4 payments/ 4 months but upon check out, they deducted 2 payments at one time.

Bad service they take money without care of customers service they send bad mobile to customer since you call them they don't respond and refuse to send back

My experience to Fonezone is very bad and i felt i been scammed, I have received severely scratch and totally abused phones, when i raise a complaint instantly asking you will bare the return parcel cost and if you request for refund, you LOSE 15% of your money as per policy 85% of your money will be back only for touching the scrap device and to think that you event use as you only inspected its physical condition, then they will ask for investigation that they should have photos of the device before sending to customer or certificate of product that device is inspected ( note : not refurbished or not been inspected ), its a scam sending bad product and lose 15% of your money instantly, so its a scam they dont want to take any responsibility of their product because they know the condition of their product. Policy is a safeguard to them only not for the consumer…Please be aware and dont fall on the cheap product, that you dont know what condition they will send to you and instantly you lose 15% of your money because you want to return a bad product. All of those who are victims of this low quality service and fake, not accurate products i ask you report this to UAE consumer protection.

Fraud company ! Sells japanese version of refurb phones. When you ask for refund, the drama is un-imaginable.
