I have been a chef for nearly 23 years and did my HACCP training in different countries such Mauritius , Australia,Japan, tunisia and France.Its my first in UK and its good to keep refreshing our mind. This course complete and i recommand all the chefs to go for it.

Gave you alot of information , only thing i would have liked was to have another go at the final exam, i passed but would have liked a chance to get 100 percent

I like the fact that you can come and go from the course as it is quite long to do in one hit (it was for me). I also like the questions at the end of each module. Not so keen on the thirty questions at the end, particularly the dated ones, as this now makes me consider having to write them down when I renew my certificate, as opposed to focussing on the food hygiene itself.

Useless website. I have paid for my self and a friend for food safty course, I had to create two different accounts , one for group leaders and another two . One for myself with different email & o e for the friend. Paid the amount in full. But when it comes to enrolling the course itself it's impossible to get a link for the course itself . I have taken so many courses online & this is the far worse and difficult to get your hands on the course itself. I wouldn't recommend it at all . It's wasted money .

My sight is poor & I found the display difficult to navigate, comprehend how to use & read. I did think some of the questions were ambiguous.
We are a Take-away free fridge facility., while somewhat interesting the course included many topics we just don’t need
