Good food delivered pretty fast

The food was delicious but there was no asparagus in the salad and they called me a few times to get substitutions for our order because they were out of chicken and onion rings. I did give 5 stars because the food was cooked correctly and the portions were huge. We will try them again!

Foodler has excellent customer service …

Foodler has excellent customer service they are attentive to their clients needs and don't add extra fees to delivery like the other food delivering apps. They also use more local restaurants than chain restaurants and help bring awareness to restaurants that without the app that you would not have been aware of. Foodler is great for the customer and they bussiness they serve. Also if a restaurant drops the ball in their service towards the customer, they go above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the situation.

Love this app

Love this app. When you don't want to cook in summer it's easy to use. Makes it easy to step out your neighborhood for something different.

Food was great

Food was great, however there was no silverware included, so I had to go in search of some, when you are at a hotel that is a challenge

Fast, friendly, reliable

I've been using Foodler for years now to order from a few different places between moves and vacations where I crash with friends and they've had a pretty solid selection everywhere I've been. Many are hits and will fit your palate and budget; few are duds. On top of that their customer service team is reliable, fast, and friendly (but of course, it helps if you don't let any hanger get the best of you and ask nicely in the first place!).

Was Very Upset, But Foodler Made It Right!

I was very upset at the way Foodler support treated me at first, but whoever runs their social media accounts escalated my complaint to a supervisor who was very nice and not only made things right, but the customer service gesture was more than generous! Foodler is back on my favorites list!

Food took almost 2 hours to be …

Food took almost 2 hours to be delivered. It was cold and nasty.
Going to think twice about ordering from Foodler again. Foodler asked for my review to be removed. Foodler believes my issue was with the restaurant and them. Well I believe it had to be both Wagammama and Foodler. Over 2 hours for the food to be delivered and then it was cold. I called the Foodler customer service at the 1.5 hour mark and they did wave the delivery fee, which I appreciated. The fact is the food was 2 hour delivery and it was cold, that's it. Delivery guy was nice and I did tip him since the fee was waved.
Foodler, feel free to have my review removed again.

Wrong order and charged the same for less value of current order and my girlfriend is so mad and extremely disappointed.

I have tried now about six or more …

I have tried now about six or more places. Every time I ordered I got something that wasn't good, except for only one order. And that order took a $7.00 deliver fee to get here. The last order I got, they sent me the wrong dinner. I ordered Tempura and they sent shrimp that was prepared some other way. Not sure what the dish was actually. But it wasn't what I orderd. So far, I am not very happy with what I am getting from these restaurants. Suzanne G

Awesome app I can find EVERYTHING …

Awesome app I can find EVERYTHING that's open around me at any time of the night or day & order online with ease !! No hassles language barriers or having to explain what I want or give my address 5 x' s before I can even get anywhere!! With the WONDERFUL ADDED BONUS OF DELIVERY COMING 100% FASTER & NEVER having to worry or bother with giving out my credit card!!! There's also the added benefit with 95% of the places on there of allowing cash on delivery as well but, I like being able to just answer the door say thank you & be done with it!! GOOD LET ROCKS!!! Plus you get all the addedbenefits of points & gifts for credits accrued as,well!! LOVE LOVE LOVE FOODLER!!

Praise be to Wing-It (and foodler!)

Wing-It has the tastiest wings in the Allston neighborhood, no competition.

Foodler is a game changer and beyond easy to use. Although my orders are rarely complicated, I've been pleased with each and every experience thus far.

They couldn't deliver on time

They couldn't deliver on time. It had been 30 minutes and my order was still at the restaurant getting cold and it was going to be another 30 to 45 minutes. Never order from them!
