Possible counterfeit product and issue with return process
The soles on both football boots have come out of place, within only a few uses. They have ended up sliding to the heel or more than one occasion and I have had very bad blisters. This company really has terrible…
This company really has terrible customer service. I’m from the US and it’s very frustrating to email and not speak to anyone over the phone regarding my items.
I spent over 700$ in merchandise in one order. When I received my package ( 18days later) I didn’t receive everything I ordered.
I emailed them and put in a ticket on the website and all they keep saying is the package was delivered, when I never said I didn’t receive the package, I literally put in all 6 emails I sent them, that I received the package but I’m missing items.
They continue to send the same response
