Unresponsive, dishonest, unhelpful
They stop responding to emails, Conduct dishonest business practices, unhelpful and generally just shady. When you're running your own small business it's so important to have regular contact with your freight forwarder and they have made life very difficult by being so difficult to get hold of.
Highly recommend. Will make your job, and life, easier!
I have used this FF now for several shipments over the past 9 months. They have been absolutely great to work with. My main POC is Harun Beskardes, who is responsive, communicative, and very helpful in taking care of all my shipping needs. The others I have communicated with have been great also.
They take care of the full logistics chain, from pickup at the factory to the last mile trucking to my warehouse. I highly recommend this company.
Worst experience, stay away
I normally do not write negative reviews, but because this experience has impacted our business so badly, we wanted to make sure other businesses do to have to go through the nightmare we did.
First off, Forceget’s communication and service started off as expected in the very beginnning. If there was an issue, the owner Burak will hop on a call if needed to help
However, as more and more issues started to happen, such as the following below:
1. Inventory never being accurate on the dashboard (we have to constantly follow-up to update this). We look at this to forecast our next purchase so when we can’t trust the numbers and have to chase their team to make sure it is correct, it screws up our demand planning
2. Invoicing was incorrect, we had to keep updating their team to invoice us correctly (which they eventually did) but that takes up a lot of our time to check each invoice to ensure they were charging us the right amount for their services
3. Countless shipments not being shipped out on time and we got penalized from our retailers, this was happening for months and for some reason we kept on being bounced to other members of their team who weren’t helpful and I had to escalate this to the owner
4. Countless shipments were sent out correctly to our retailers which were eventually fixed but should not have happened
5. Our inventory was not organized properly in their warehouse and upon speaking to their team, Julian, they were moving warehouses. That is not our problem and we had to wait for weeks for things to be organized to get the right inventory numbers
6. We lost thousands of dollars of inventory to Amazon, which I raised to the team, and instead of trying to be a partner and help us find a solution, they got defensive that were “accusing” them of this and kicked us out of their warehouse which is detrimental to our business as we ship products out weekly. The right thing to do is to hop on a call to go through those shipments and investigate what happened. This is a huge amount to lose, so it’s normal to bring this up to further investigate how and why it was lost.
7. The amount of emails, WhatsApp messages back and forth is insane and just not normal. I have told them they need to have better communication within their team, as they are wasting my teams time who should be focusing on growing the business, not triple checking their work (which is to simply ship out parcels - it’s not rocket science).
We worked and still work with 2-3 other 3PL companies and overall this was the worst experience.
1. As a service based provider, they should ALWAYS be responsive when a client has issues
2. When a Client comes with an issue (especially ones caused by them), they should come with a solutions-oriented approach, and not be defensive and pass us around to other members of team that has no clue what is going on.
3. I was constantly being bounced around to different team members who couldn’t help, like David, Sebastian etc…as much as they wanted too they did not know the entire context because my go to person was Julian who was inconsistent with his communication and responses. As the owner, Burak should have just stepped in and owned up to all the issues and book a proper call with his team and our team to figure out what the problems are. Instead, he would blast a series of emails and WhatsApp messages that were defensive (not productive at all). We have tried to get on a call with Burak countless times, but he’s always “in meetings” or “too busy”
4. At the end, Burak asked me to direct all issues to his sister Nihan (the “COO”) after 7 months of ongoing issues? Really??? If she does the operations and we had a millions issues, why didn’t he just forward it to her since the beginning? It’s not our responsibility to understand who does what at their company. Figure out your own team and operations.

Harun has even offered to help me to resolve a lost shipment the shipper we used before switching over to Forceget.

Experience of Ataraxia Art LLc with Forceget
My company Ataraxia Art, has a major store at Amazon USA selling 3D printing filament and bill of my shipments happen from China to USA Amazon FBA.
I have almost done all of my shipment for year 2021 thru Forceget with BURAK being my main contact.
Their pricing is very competitive and I have received very good support from the staff for any updates.
Another good point about Forceget is that I was required to make payment to them only after receipt of goods at Amazon.
I do have one suggestion to the Forceget team that I can get more reliable shipment information and that they deliver on promise. However this Avenue has been out of their control due to Covid 19 scenario in China and global congestion at ports.

Horrible. The forwarding representative ( Burak/lucy) makes me never want to work with a company like this again. Total lack of communication all around from due diligence to the actual cost. After finally reaching out to me Burak then proposed an outrageous price of $621 without proper explanation and understanding on this order shortly after passing me on to his assistant while he took a trip to Vegas. His Assistant ( Lucy) is just as bad, she never even talked to me she just decided to move forward with processing without running anything by me. It took two months for my parcel 1 parcel to even get to me. Very unprofessional don't spend your $ here
