Delivery arrived in timeframe. Great sevice by Garry.T and Jim.S.

Fence panels arrived as scheduled and kindly placed down side of house out of site. Carl & Darren W had come a very long way, and despite their drive and very early hour, were polite and friendly. The product is high quality and well constructed, feels solid and looks the part. Highly recommended.

Delivery was on time. Alex was very careful and placed it where I needed it. He also gave me some very useful advise on assembling it. Thumbs up to Alex Hibbert

Steve M informed us of an approximate time of delivery of our new shed it arrived within the time frame he unloaded it from the truck put it were we asked him to and that was it all done so no problems whatsoever from me the shed by the way was good quality all in all 5 star mr k a bramley Nottingham

Very, very poor-quality shed. There are gaps both in the wood panels and between them and the doors were warped and did not fit, flimsy chipboard roof. The shed was not fit for purpose as it would let in rain and the doors couldn't shut. It looked really cheap and nothing like the picture on the website.
Buyer beware, you can only reject this on delivery - even though you can't see a lot of the faults until AFTER it is assembled. If you want to return it, you will have to pay both assembly and disassembly charges so you will be £700 out of pocket before they will collect it. The manufacturers own employees admit there is a quality problem but it's so costly to return the product I guess they are getting away with it most of the time. A very bad experience. Much safer to use a local supplier who has a reputation to protect.

They delivered when they said it would be delivered. The driver, Brian Coleman, rang to advise the exact time he would be arriving. He gave me a couple of options as to where the delivery could be made to. Carried the heavy load without question. Ensured that his delivery vehicle didn't damage the garden. Very courteous, very polite and very helpful. Thank you Brian.

A disaster from start to finish.

x2 8ft×10ft sheds. One condemned is less than a year. Poor build quality, poor joists which went through and ripped the felt roof, a bowed door and gapping on ever panel as the wood was just not fit for any form of heat.

Sent a replacement shed, which the installers flatly refused to build as it was the same poor build quality and the panels were already gapping even before the install. Full install issued, but ended up costing me over £800 more to get a proper Powershed and not the banana box rubbish which Forest Garden pushes out.

Mistake number 2
Purchased a separate 6ftx3ft shed/bar. Didn't realise at the time that the shed was made by Forest Garden.

You know what's coming next!

Shed arrived with a door which was too small for the door opening and four shutters which were all of differing sizes and the build quality was diabolical. Rang Forest Garden and they agreed to send out replacement shutters and a replacement door. Waited 10 days for the delivery and a further week for the installers. They've arrived today and the replacement door is even smaller than the original one! The shutters appear to be a better build, but they sag and will continue to sag over time and too a point where they can no longer be opened. What is very apparent, Forest Garden have no quality assurance and no quality control. They're happy to send out their poorly built rubbish in the hope that customers won't pick up on it and they're happy to send out exactly the same rubbish as a replacements.

I've written an email today and have copied in every single one of their directors, so let's see what comes back. Next stop Trading Standards as these cowboys need stopping.

There was really two kind men who delivered my husband shed. I was on my own. Carl and Darren they where really helpful and very kind. They explained everything. If the shed is as good as the delivery men it will be perfect it looks very good quality. You get everything screws and felt.

Our shed was delivered by Simram & Chris. They couldn't have been more helpful. They unloaded and stacked it exactly where we asked. Couldn't have been more happy with the service.

Delivery was fast and professional, especially after making multiple deliveries during a heatwave. Brandon Lancett was an efficient and stored the wood in a safe and accessible location.

Andy B delivered 18 fence panels today. He was on time, very polite, extremely friendly. He stacked all my panels neatly in readiness for the fitter to fit them. Thank you very much Andy B it was a pleasure meeting you.

The Shed was delivered swiftly within a week of ordering it, which is amazing! The drivers Garry T and Jim were friendly, chatty and professional. They ensured we had all the parts and bits and bobs needed prior to leaving. Great Customer service. Couldn't ask for more really.

Still awaiting delivery despite 3 reschedules by Forest Garden. The construction team for my 12 X 8 shed turned up but the shed still hasn't. It is now 3 hours after the delivery slot. The construction team have left. Forest Garden staff seem clueless. My 4.40am 'live tracking' email is still showing the driver 2 hours away. I have learnt that is a work of fantasy. Just emailed the CEO. Lets see what she has to say.

Very happy with the experience of dealing with Forestgardens good communication, product arrived in perfect condition and we were able to track delivery driver Alex Hibbert who was very abliging what l call old school at all times.
