Silky Pocketboy folding saw
I have ordered two of the Silky Pocketboy folding saws. Communication and delivery were outstanding. As advised, these were recommended for cutting bamboo culms and they certainly do the job. Just wishing they were motorised! :)

Very quick to post out goods. Tracking of parcels and delivery speed was excellent. The netting I purchased was reasonably priced and good quality.

You left out a few details in your 1 star review:
- you ordered at 6.16pm on 11 September 2025
- we shipped your order by Australia Post at 2.42pm on 12 September 2025
- tracking information was emailed to you by both us and Australia Post, which you had received as you forwarded the tracking email to us (see next line)
- you emailed us on 27th December 2025 (forwarding the tracking details email) saying you hadn't received your order and tracking wasn't showing anything. This was almost 4 months after your order was shipped
- Australia Post only keep tracking information for 90 days from when the parcel was last scanned
- If your parcel couldn't be delivered or you fail to collect it from the post office within 10 business days, Australia Post return the parcel to the sender. As we advised, your order has not been returned to us by Australia Post
We always resolve missing/delayed deliveries if we are advised in a reasonable timeframe which allows us to be able to investigate. We would expect customers to contact us if their parcel hadn't been delivered within a 2-3 week period after the expected delivery date. Yours was almost 4 months, which is unreasonable.

Item was promptly shipped. Delivery tracking worked adequately. Item is sturdy & looks like it should give good service.
All adds up to a competent supplier, which gets 4 stars. No opportunity to see if it warranted 5 stars, which I reserve for exceptional service (eg, when item is lost or damaged).
