I have used their trade copier and also contacted their support on multiple occasions over the past 2 years. Each time, I have been helped promptly and even with my multiple questions working through any issue, the support team has been patient and went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered to the fullest extent.

I have also contacted this company's team to build a trading bot and the project manager was also extremely helpful, friendly, and asked the appropriate clarification questions to get the job done in an efficient manner.

This trade copier is incredible! After having countless issues with one of the best rated copiers provided on the MetaTrader marketplace, I was afraid I wouldn't find one that could cater to all of my needs. Forex Copier blew my mind.. I run over 10 EAs simultaneously and it handles dozens of orders without even the slightest lag; I've been using it for months now. The user interface is so intuitive and seamless as well. Dragging the source accounts to the receiver accounts is very satisfying! They really include every setting and feature I could ever want too. A genuine quality product!

I am very dissapointed from the product. It looks intuitive at the beginning by the installation but after I used it to connect accounts it didnt work. Support was good and quick and it did work in the end. The problem was that after disconnecting accounts the connection did remain although it didnt appear on the panel of the copying software. After uninstalling the software I deleted the EA manually. It was scary! I did undestand why they dont charge monthly like other services.

Best product and best customer service. Best experience so far with using trade coppiers and don’t worry if you face problems they will help you quickly. Outstanding support!

There is a big problem if you have multiple accounts
the trade come back to the sender and that will open duplicated orders many and many time and you will lose your account, this is a big problem realy, even if you activate the filtering orders and switch on (Do not send some orders to receiver accounts) it,s not working

Really happy with the tech team. The support was extremely good. Lot of patience, step by step guidance on how to setup the profile.

Hi I'm Daniel, I have a copy trading service and I have tried several Experts to copy my signals but none were reliable and none had a customer service able to help me. Then I bought FOREX COPIER and finally everything was simple and intuitive, I installed it in a few minutes and there is a tutorial that explains step by step what you have to do, really fantastic. I needed assistance three times (including today which is a holiday) and the Forex copier Team gladly supported me and solved every problem. It was not due to their expert but to my settings that I was wrong. Today is the liberation day and everyone is closed on holidays, but today Diana was available to help me and fix my setting by solving my messes :)
