Vom Unternehmen geschrieben
ForexCopilotEA is an online store specialising in automated trading software for MetaTrader 5 (MT5). We offer a range of Expert Advisors (EAs), trading tools, source-code editions, and community group buys covering Gold (XAUUSD), forex pairs, and various automated trading strategies. Our aim is to make trading software accessible to traders worldwide by providing clear product information, digital delivery after payment confirmation, and assistance with installation and setup. We also provide future product updates at no additional cost and offer customer support through email and website chat. In addition to our product offerings, ForexCopilotEA shares educational resources and practical guides to help traders better understand automated trading, strategy functionality, and the risks associated with forex and CFD markets. We value honest communication, responsive customer service, and building long-term relationships with our customers. Whether you are exploring automated trading for the first time or have experience using Expert Advisors, we aim to provide useful tools and support throughout your experience. Please note that forex and CFD trading involves significant financial risk. Trading results can vary depending on market conditions, broker execution, and account settings. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no Expert Advisor can guarantee profits. We encourage customers to test trading software on a demo account before using real funds.

We take customer feedback seriously, but we also believe that reviews should be based on genuine purchasing experiences and verifiable facts.
ForexCopilotEA was established only recently, and many of our existing customers came from our previous Etsy sales. We have a purchase history that we can use to verify transactions, and based on our current records, we have found no evidence supporting the allegations made in this review.
The reviewer appears to use Tesla as part of the accusation, but the claims presented do not align with the information available to us. We have also found no record of any buyer purchasing source code from us, making the allegations particularly questionable.
We are committed to providing legitimate trading software and maintaining a transparent relationship with our customers. We do not take accusations of misconduct lightly, especially when they appear unsupported by verifiable evidence.
We will report this review to Trustpilot and request an investigation into its authenticity, including whether the reviewer identity and the claims made comply with the platform's review guidelines. We welcome genuine feedback from verified customers and will continue to address legitimate concerns professionally.
We stand by our business practices and encourage prospective customers to evaluate our products based on verifiable information, genuine customer experiences, and the evidence available.
