They claimed to have a US warehouse that they’re closing and the few products that were ordered came from China. Items are supposed to be stainless steel and or sterling silver. I chose sterling silver and received stainless steel and pieces that look nothing like the pictures on the website. They offer a 30 day bat guarantee in a lifetime warranty and when I sent the email to inquire about a refund and return, I was declined and told Sterling silver is the same thing as stainless steel.

I followed the link to their website based on the quick shipping and low prices. Website homepage advertises quick shipping from within the US, and teases "faster than competitors which take 3+ weeks". I placed my order on July 12, 2026. Today is August 3 and my items have not arrived.

Poor quality item, advertised as hand crafted stainless steel but is actually mass produced copper with a stainless steel finish. The finish rubbed off within a week.

Promotion was for their American warehouse closing and they were selling off stock but the item was sent from China and never went to America.

Refused a refund as the entire cost had been put through as delivery - do not accept that crap - in the UK you still have the right to a full refund.

I actually had no issues at all. Ordered 2 things. Got both.
1 was heavier then I thought it be n def not the best materials.
The other was perfect.
Both were necklaces also

1. They claim to handforge, but the pendants and chains are cheap metal and can be found on other sites.
2. Also claim to be based in the United States when in reality the items come from a factory in China.
3. Advertisements state they are moving to Norway but can't take their overstocked items with them. They are closing permanently after three decades. I did some research that I wish I had done beforehand because I learned that this is a false sales tactic. They are a fairly recent drop shipping company.
4. One of four chains is an adjustable cord.
5. One of four chains is broken.
6. I have to add another issue. I couldn't figure out why the Celtic moon with triquetra was so big when I remembered it being small and cute in the image. I also didn't recall the moon being black with silver designs. The entire thing was supposed to be silver and danty. Not mixed. It isn't the same one!!!!
7. I almost forgot. I ordered three of the four pendants in black. They came in silver.

I ordered two items from their website. Only one item showed up and it wasn't even what I ordered. Despite sending them pictures of the incorrect item with pictures of my order they insist I was sent what I ordered and refuse to make it right. On top of that the item they sent me is very low quality and not even pictured on their page. Buy from them at your own peril.

Like all others, fell for their scam. Products come from china, where website says US, if they come at all, mine are after two weeks still not shipped. Asked amex to dispute the transactions.

Don't fall for this companies b.s., their "supposed hand crafted, quality forged items" are not anything they claim. I ordered a ring, and a necklace. The only thing that showed up was the wrong ring. Which has proceeded to turn my finger green because of shitty materials. Oh! And the best part? Being offered to get it taken care of, by one person, then dealing with another person who refuses to help at all, and actually blamed it on me, that my expectations weren't met but they sent the correct ring. Uh.. not even close. And of course, when you ask for your money back, " oh this is part of a promotion, so we can't refund you" despite their site promoting "30 day money back guarantee". Plus, everything comes from China. Just stay away from their bullshit.

This is a scam. Like others mention below, you will either not receive the items, receive items you did not order, or receive cheap, inferior quality items that are not consistent with advertisements. There is no method to cancel orders on their website, and the contact email is hit or miss.

The "1c sale only today" simply resets at midnight.

Website is a scam. Their promotion is consistently playing on a loop and has for a month now. I purchased a necklace and originally did not received the item and reported the company as a scam to Shopify. 3 days later I received an item I did not purchase and contacted customer support that can only be contacted through email. They refuse to refund or replace because it was a purchase from a “promotional deal” even though I have the wrong item and paid 30$ for shipping. You will pay a minimum of 30$ for shipping per item and either will never receive it or be scammed with something you never intended on purchasing.

Like the others here, I had done some previous vetting of this company, and before they even announced this "going out of business sale', was thinking about ordering a gift for my bf.

When I saw the ad, I went to their website from the internet and NOT through facebook, Double checked the domain name. All looked good.

Ordered back on jul 10th. Order doesn't show up on THEIR OWN website.
Used the tracking thru their courier Yunexpress. It hasn't moved for 10 days now. Just says "information received"

I did get several emails from their alleged customer service. They claim they can see it moving and it should be delivered "soon"

We paid basically "express" courier pricing (one item was $35, 2 are $49)

I keep showing them that on their own website status says "order does not exist".

At this point I am not too hopeful. Like others have mentioned, will either get nothing or a bunch of cheap crap.

I guess time will tell.

Will advise one thing, try to pay for vendors orders that you haven't had experience with, with VISA Etc. Most of them protect the customer and will refund any fraudulent transactions.

People should be reporting to Meta if these ads are fakes

scam, say the ad thought I did research showing it was legit, def not legit item received was just cheap garbage, was really excited to give as a gift, should've know the deal was to good.

Ordered from them about two weeks ago not even thinking about looking into the site and all that and paid about $60USD. Got the jewelry in today and it’s what you’d expect from a cheap site like this. Cheap low cost jewelry, cute for costume jewelry but not at all what was advertised. Saw the ad on Facebook. Definitely do your research on these things before buying and use a card that has buyers protection on it incase it does end up as a card scam.

Instagram scam. Paid 60 euros of delivery expenses 1 month ago. Never got anything. Instagram scams people or helps others to do so.

Scam website using AI, they never actually deliver any products, save your money

I came across their Instagram ad claiming they were Norwegian artists. In reality the stuff they're selling on the website is from AliExpress and don't cost more than 2 euros.

Clearly a scam. I paid, then I wanted to get a refund and the email support is unreachable

Made a purchase without thinking, then started digging and realized it's a scam. When trying to contact the seller at the email listed on their website an automatic reply comes that this email doesn't exist. Best case scenario is I'll get some cheap things. Worst case is I've just sent my credit card data to unknown people.
You really can advertise anything on Instagram these days.

It is highly likely that they are actually selling low-quality products from Asia that are much cheaper. If the product is Asian, the value of the ordered items will most likely be far lower than the cost of shipping alone. The products themselves are free, but you have to pay for shipping—which comes to around €230 for an order of 25 items—while the value of the items might not even exceed half of what you paid for the order.
