⭐ 1/5 – Defective product and absolutely no customer service
Very disappointing experience with Forma Fitness.
I ordered a StayFit Push-Up Training Board, but unfortunately the product is defective. I have contacted Forma Fitness several times to report the problem and to arrange a return and refund.
The biggest problem is that they simply DO NOT RESPOND.
I have given them multiple opportunities to resolve this normally, but so far I have received no proper response, no return instructions and no solution.
When you sell products online, customers should at least be able to contact you when something goes wrong. Ignoring a customer who has received a defective product is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I cannot recommend Forma Fitness. Based on my experience, be very careful before ordering here — especially if you ever need customer service or have a problem with your order.
I will update this review if Forma Fitness finally contacts me and resolves the issue.
