We were absolutely delighted with the smoked salmon parcels with crab and lobster which we had as a starter on Christmas Day. We will definitely have this again.

Excellent quality food. Easy to use website. Food always arrived on delivery date, ice packs and insulated boxes, ensure food fresh and in great condition. Christmas, Birthdays and other celebrations would not be the same, without Forman and Field foods. Staff on phone always helpful and friendly.

We had some delicious Christmas food delivered to the door. Painless process from start to finish. Highlight for me was the crab chowder. Definitely will be ordering again. The Turkey ballotine was exceptional.

Wonderful company, so easy to order, great tasting food, I order for special treats for me and for family/friends. They always exceed expectations.

This the third time I've bought a hamper from Forman and Field and can't say enough nice things about them. All the food is extremely fresh, well presented, and of very high quality. I buy the "Ultimate Care Hamper" for an elderly relative. Almost everything in the hamper can be frozen and used bit-by-bit, so there's no waste and the hamper lasts for ages. Their customer service is second to none, if there is any issue or query, it will be answered very quickly, sometimes within the hour. Overall this is a great company to deal with, fabulous products and excellent service.

Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the Forman's treats, especially your famous smoked salmon of course. Highly recommend & Happy New Year!

Such a shame. Wonderful range and good customer service/communication up to the point of delivery. Goods were sent in a box at least 4x too big with no additional packaging. As a result, by the time it was delivered, expensive produce like lobster and soft cheeses looked like they had been in a tumble dryer. I could not get through on the phone , I did email but got no response and so was not able to rectify in time for Christmas wasting a substantial of money. I made an order from the Fish Society who I normally use which arrived yesterday, expertly packaged and in perfect condition. Really very unhappy with Forman and Field. Please do not resort to blaming it on being busy at Christmas. Knowing many customers have ordered specifically for this day means you should ensure enough resource to manage last minute issues to avoid this sort of situation occurring.

The food was absolutely exceptional, completely took the stress out of hosting a dinner party.

Considering the food is freshly prepared the day before delivery, the packaging and delivery went off without a hitch! Not to mention there incredible customer service who catered to my ever need.

We’ve ordered several times from Forman and Field - mostly for others as gifts, but having treated ourselves twice this year, I wish we’d done so more! The food is delicious, very well packaged and a real treat. What really topped it off was the customer service - very attentive and quick to respond to my queries. They resolved these and delivered every time, which I wasn’t really expecting, due to time and having to address them during busy periods. Many thanks Beth and the team for being very helpful and personable. Would highly recommend this company.

The level of customer service is exemplary and Fortnum and Mason could learn a great deal from you! You honestly should be giving trainings to other similar outfits, and wining customer service awards everywhere. Even Chanel cares less about its clients!

My experience of shopping with F&F was all very straightforward and stress-free. The ingredients and preparation requirements for the various dishes one could order were all very clearly explained on the website and the ordering process was very straightforward. It was good to be able to choose an appropriate delivery-date for my order and all the food was all really well packaged and very well protected in transit, and stayed nice and cool in the fridge with the insulated packaging. And most importantly, the food itself - we had Smoked Salmon Paupiettes and a Dressed Lobster - was absolutely delicious!

We ordered as a special treat for our wedding anniversary and I will certainly order again from F&F for a future special occasion - highly recommended!
