Don’t use them. Very bad experience.
They took my money readily enough but although I booked my blood to be taken via the link they gave me and Superdrug health centre did a great job in professionally taking my blood. I was disappointed when a few days later I had a text from Forth telling me they had received my sample but would not proceed to have the testing done. So why did I take the trouble to get my blood drawn if Forth decline to have the testing done with no explanation. Don’t wast your time and money. Get your medical and sports blood testing done elsewhere. I will be giving this feed back to all the athletes in my connections. There are much better services out there who will deal honestly with you. My experience with Forth has been very bad. Don’t use them.

We want to be transparent: when a sample cannot be processed, we always communicate the reason clearly and provide a route forward.
This is standard practice for every sample we receive, so we’d like to investigate this properly for you.
To do that, we need to be able to locate your order number and your account. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to identify your order from the details in this review alone. We’ve reached out via Trustpilot to ask for a few more details, and once we have those, we will investigate why you have not received your results.

We’re pleased to confirm that your sample was successfully received by our laboratory. However, our investigation revealed that the test kit had not been activated by yourself at the time of collecting your sample. This meant that we were unable to link your sample to your account and proceed with releasing your results. When this happens, we always notify customers with clear next steps so their results can be made available as quickly as possible.
We have been in touch directly via email with full details of what you need to do to activate your kit and access your results. Please do check your inbox, including your junk folder.

Easily understood process, efficient operation
I was very impressed with the overall performance of Forth. The instructions to take the blood sample were very clear and the whole process was easy to follow. The website for registration of my account was also very efficient and uncomplicated. And the result came through very quickly; the analysis of the bloods was also expressed in an easily understood manner.

3 weeks still no test result, lengthy reply
My blood sample has been delivered 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my results. There’s no way to call them, only to send emails and I need to wait 2, 3 days for a reply. I’m really disappointed and I expected a better service since the test is not cheap. I wouldn’t purchase again from them. Still waiting for the email I sent on Wednesday to be replied!

We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating and appreciate you taking the time to share this.
We would like to clarify that your sample was received 8 working days ago. It was sent on the 20th of April and delivered to the lab on the 22nd of April, where it was analysed the same day. Following this, your results were sent for release to your dashboard. However, a technical issue caused by a special character in your name meant your results were not correctly transferred through the system. This was not identified until you contacted us to query your results on Wednesday.
As soon as this was brought to our attention, we contacted the lab. Once they responded the issue was resolved and your results were released to your dashboard the same day.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, however, we’re pleased this has now been resolved.
If you need any further support, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Long wait and not much communication
Sadly, I won’t be leaving a positive review. I’m still waiting for results that were promised last week, and only one of my emails has received a response while the others have gone unanswered.
Given the cost of the service, this has been disappointing and feels quite let down. I had expected a more timely and responsive experience, particularly as NHS results can often come back more quickly.
I would appreciate an update as soon as possible.

To release results, all required health questionnaires need to be completed. In this case, the second questionnaire had not been submitted, which meant the results could not be finalised. As soon as this was completed, your results were released to your secure dashboard.
We understand how delays and waiting for responses can feel disappointing, especially when you’re expecting timely results. Our support team aims to respond within 1–2 working days and handles queries in chronological order to ensure fairness for all customers.

Test arrived really quickly, I sent it back off the same day I received it, the test was relatively easy to use and I received the results of the test within 2 days of sending it back, very easy process with quick results.

Great experience. Got the kit to take blood very helpful videos to follow how to take the blood and how to send it back. Received my results in a few days reviewed by doctors. Will definitely have more blood tests done and highly recommend.

Quick delivery and results. Well packaged test kit and clear instructions. The app is a bit finicky about password sign in (had problems with Google saved password, had to enter manually each time), but once into the app it is informative and professional.

Bad results and no contact....
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received.
I purchased a blood test, sent it off, and then waited more than five days for the results, only to discover that some of the data was missing or corrupted. After all that time, I was left without a complete or usable result.
To make matters worse, the doctor advised me to contact support for options. I did that straight away, yet I still haven’t received any response. Being passed from one point of contact to another without any resolution is very frustrating.
I feel completely let down by this experience, especially as I have recommended your service to many people in the past. At this point, I would expect a prompt response and a clear resolution to this issue.

Variety of Tests available is good. Fair pricing structure.
Always slow on results though , have never hit the timelines given on their Website , had 5 or 6 different tests done now and always 2 or 3 days later than published.
Why they don't alter the information to truly reflect the likely length of time it will take i don't know ?!
Also disappointingly slow Customer Service response - same as most companies these days.
Hence only 3 stars.
