Received positive trucheck for CTC.

After consulting with an oncologist I was advised to ask for quantity of CTC found.

I was told it was a "qualitative" test so they could not provide numbers.

By definition an analysis like this reports quantity but for some reason they justified keeping the raw data with a blatant lie.

Thom didn't even bother to reply to my last email as he's probably out on his yacht or something...

Exploitive test at £1000+ rinsing people worried about cancer.

Disgusted, avoid like the plague and go straight to a real oncologist.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Everything explained accurately so very straightforward to do the blood test at home for convenience.
Communication/tracking once the finger prick blood test is posted is amazing.
Results are back promptly and presented wonderfully. GP review of results is also informative and helpful.

Used Forth for a blood test and would recommend the service. Process was easy and well explained. Returning the sample straightforward and the results were available online within a couple of days. Website dashboard is also well laid out with supplementary information.

After encountering a small problem with a test I purchased, I reached out to customer support. Their service was outstanding, resolving the issue swiftly and without any complications. I am fully confident in choosing Forth again and would gladly recommend them to others.

Although the app works ok and the feedback is good the customer service isn't great (taking days and sometimes weeks to get back to you). They also don't automatically credit you for recommendations, feels a bit of a con. Had to argue it with the customer service team, once added they removed the sale discount they had on so I actually ended up paying more for a test than someone who hadn't recommended them so much lol going to move to medicheck and try them. Shame

I love bring able to design my own test. I'm training for a number of big races and wanted to look at some specific areas. The results will help my coach and I refine my training.

The website and app are simple and intuitive, although I had a few problems at checkout. Not sure why but the team were helpful and responsive, sorting out the issue quickly and without fuss.

You can go with an existing test or create your own. The prices are comparable to other providers I looked at before choosing Forth and arranging to have a phlebotomist take your bloods was easy to do, too.

Test results were comprehensive with advice on what they mean, so I think I can remediate the more obvious issues myself

Forth misinterpreted my test results and when I queried, they provided irrelevant templated responses. I don't believe they are qualified to conduct such tests and am in the process of making a complaint to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Accidentally ordered my blood test to the wrong address and asked to have it sent again to a different one — shouldn’t be that much of an ask. No phone number means I’m having to wait a literal week at a time for my them to get back to my via email — they took my money over 6 weeks ago now and I’ve received no service in return. Absolutely disgusting way of treating customers. Would have been resolved in minutes if I could have just called them.

I really appreciate that I was able to pick exactly the blood tests I wanted to have, rather than paying for a bundle of tests, some of which weren't needed as the GP has already done them. My only criticisms are (1) that each blood result is only given in one set of units ... I would greatly have appreciated brackets containing the same result using alternative units where these are often used; and (2) that normal ranges aren't given. Other than those points, I was very happy with the speed of the service, and all other aspects. I will happily use Forth again and have already recommended them to my sister and to a friend.

Pretty much I'd say 2/3rds of my markers came back as unable to be tested yet they still took my money for these markers.

I reached out to Forth twice regarding this and they haven't been back in touch.

Had a problem with test results and the app. Customer Services were brilliant and persistent until all was sorted. Have used company for years and always had excellent, rapid response.

I ordered a test and paid extra for an important biomarker to be added. Never received a confirmation email for my order or a receipt when I ordered the test. When I received my results (which was within a couple of days which is good) I queried where this extra biomarker was. A few days later they responded that I'd never added this to the order (I did, I paid extra & this amount came out of my bank) so I wouldn't use again and I wouldn't recommend, which is a shame because the service is OK on the whole. I wouldn't have even minded doing an extra if it was genuinly missed off, we all make mistakes, but to be told I didn't even order it has annoyed me when I could have got it cheaper. I'll be going with an alternate provider

Get more and better advice than my so called doctor

I've used Forth With Life for years. Great platform, great insights from doctors, quick delivery, decent sales, a quality product and good customer service.

Fast turnaround and personalised advice/information from a doctor.

The results for my lipid profile were processed very quickly, which was good. The doctor's review contained the expected, diet, exercise and see your GP. There were no comments about the Apolipoprotein A or B tests which would have been interesting.
