So far I’m very happy with the service provided and the informative response from the doctor on bio markers that need to be corrected, hopefully now I have an idea of what needs to be corrected I can adjust my lifestyle to make sure that I am healthy.

Quick delivery, quick results. Only problem I have is 3 lancets are never enough for me, but it's probably more to do with me than Forth

Wow this is a brilliant service - very clear communication and quick to get the results on the site not even 2 days after posting. Not sure if I will get further follow up because the results are not really explained as far as I can see other than a scale of low-high on different markers and indication whether that's healthy or not. I ran the PDF through ChatGPT and it's so insightful. 10/10 would recommend this.

A concise but user friendly report and analysis from a Doctor… used them regularly now as others not as professional or organised.

Poor communication.
Hard to get hold of the team to ask what is happening, no telephone number. No update via email or text to tell me there was an issue. Have found out now by chance by logging into my account under various menu structures to only say test failed and nothing more, but to contact them. So far waste of money.

I used forth for fertility hormone testing. In particular I wanted to know what my AMH level was as me and my partner are wanting to start trying to concieve soon. My AMH level came back as 9 and my prolactin levels over 1,600, which is classed as alarmingly high and possibly points towards having a tumour. I immediately booked a GP appointment with the NHS, who referred me for full hormone panel blood testing. My results come back absolutely fine, AMH was actually 15.75 (not 9) and prolactin was 395 (not 1,600). The GP added at our follow up appointment that AMH in particular is a pretty stable hormone, which doesn't tend to fluctuate. She also advised not to pay for these private tests due to the amount of avoidable stress it caused me, thinking my egg reserve was particularly low. She advised that patients can end up with wildy incorrect results due to the small quantity of blood or lab processing errors/blood samples not being kept in the correct conditions or being left laying around for too long. She assured me an AMH of 15 was perfectly normal for my age range. I would advise anyone thinking of using these tests for fertility tests to not waste their money, and instead go to the GP who can arrange these tests free of charge for you. This will also save you the worry that comes along with incorrect results.

I have used Forth testing now for many years alongside my NHS support to monitor a chronic illness and post cancer PSA. Their service has always been top class both on test delivery and speed of results. The app is easy to navigate and gives you quick access to your test history to see trends.

Didn’t analyse the results. I chased them up after several weeks and they replied saying whoops we forgot to analyse your sample and now it’s too late, here’s 50% off a new order. How incredibly stupid.

When I found the company on line I thought the health dashboard was a great selling point. However this along with the testing process this was not the case and just a rip off.

*I had to chase for the results as no notification was received, and I never received any results in the end.

*The dashboard keeps telling me to complete my profile no matter what I do to it

In my opinion a total waste of money. Updst
