Excellent Service

I asked Fortress to specify and install CCTV cameras at my home. The quote was provided promptly, the work undertaken quickly and the service has been outstanding. The engineer who led the work took time to explain what was planned, get my input where there were options (cabling routing, etc) and to explain what was involved. The work was conducted to a high quality and the team made sure to clean up after they had worked. I have been a Fortress customer for many years and can't recommend them highly enough.

I rate this fortress security alarms ltd service 10 out of 10 because they were very helpful and honestly, the cctv camera are fantastic with the montor screens so i am very happy with this service

Great service from a trustworthy company

Ordered a new alarm system to replace my old one that utilised the BT landline. Engineer arrived at stated time and all was commissioned within two hours. We were shown how to download the app and control the system by our phones. Unfortunately when I did a test later on I noticed the outside alarm wasn’t triggering. Called Fortress and they sent and engineer straight away to rectify. It was found that one of my old PIR’s wasn’t compatible with the new control panel. New one fitted and all now working perfectly.

Felt ripped off

This company has first class response time and very polite customer service staff and that’s what the three stars are for. However, word of warning, do not get caught the way I did with a huge £78 call-out charge to basically reset a code after I had to get a new internet as my old one had completely broken. I did not expect to get the work done for nothing , but a huge cost like this for approx 5 minutes work I feel is very unfair. I therefore strongly recommend before purchasing any alarm systems, you consider other options, as this in my opinion is a total rip off. Very very disappointed.

Fantastic Service

Needed to update alarm and from start to finish fantastic service. Engineer took out old box for original Fortress Alarm (24 years old) and fitted new one. No mess left and engineer explained how to use the new system. Would definitely recommend Fortress. Thanks again. A and T Grant

Smoke alarms

Got Fortress to estimate for the fitting of smoke and heat alarms to meet current legislation. Got a good competitive price with expert advice on my requirements. The engineer arrived bang on time and worked quickly, tidily and discussed the operation and testing of the alarms. Satisfied with the quick service and cost.
