Would High Recommend Tyson and Team.
We had furnished one of our condos through Tyson at Forward Furniture. I would highly recommend Tyson as he is a true professional and is great at communicating. All the products were very good quality and overall it was a great experience. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using Tyson again.

Shipment wasn't on time
Shipment wasn't on time and talking to them is very inconsistent with what each person is informed.
Was told shipment is time but also that they are sorry for the late shipment, and some emails left unanswered.

You selected the Standard Shipping which takes 9-14 business days and it arrived in 15 due too some delays with shipping. Each call we gave you all the information we could that was realayed from the shipping company and apologized for the delays.

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The customer service I received from Tyson was excellent! I was able to build the Murphy Cube Bed by myself, directions and YouTube video were easy to follow.
