My item does not work I have reached out no reply

I placed an order with this company on 16th January 2025. I received one of the items but still haven’t received the second item. I have emailed them on several occasions but no reply to date. Very disappointing as I was very happy with previous orders. It seems impossible to get a response from this company in order to rectify the matter.

I am dissapointed as I emailed to cancel an initial order within 30 minutes as advised on the website as I wanted to rectify it...I did this with order reference number but did not get a response, therefore I had to purchase it , it was delivered but it is now not of use to me. However I have to say that my second order was lovely. Just be careful if you personalise an order as there is no reliable way to change it after despite cancellation advice on website.

Excellent and efficient service. The only thing is the packaging is not quite pleasant as a gift. Doesn’t need to a nice gift wrap but at least the box can be more decent. A little bit of disappointing.

No order received ordered 4 weeks ago, no update, no tracking, emailed customer service got no response? Literally been scammed

Didn't receive my order. They do not respond to messages and do not pick up the phone. I see the other comments here and I am not the first case. I want my money back !!!

Ordered a watch and a bracelet, the watch came and the bracelet didnt. I have tried contacting the company through email, phone call, live chat, every option available and nobody will get back to me. All I want is the item I paid for to be send out to me but its all robots working there, cant get through to a human to help me
