Overall happy with shoes. Fit well and look stylish, but the laces a bit flimsy.

I'm happy with my Fosterry items. The jacket and shoes are well-made and quite comfortable.

These shoes are good for daily use and I like the style, they just took longer to break in than I expected.

My new shirt from Fosterry fits perfectly and the fabric feels so well-made, just the shipping did take a bit longer than expected.

This t-shirt is soft and e, but the color wasn't quite what I expected. Still happy with it overall.

The pants have a nice design and the material feels solid, but they're a bit snug in the waist.

I love how this fabric drapes - it feels so luxurious against my skin. The print is vibrant without being tacky, and I received so many compliments at a party I wore it to.

I like the style of these shoes, but the sizing feels a bit off. I ordered my usual size, and they're a little tight, which makes wearing them uncomfortable after a while. Luckily, customer service helped me out and gave me a small discount to make up for the sizing issue.

The black classic versatile T-shirt looks great when worn, but it is a bit transparent.

Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but it was worth the wait. It came nicely packaged and fits well. Though if you have wider feet, I'd suggest sizing up because they felt a little snug.

my order was placed on 1-24-2025.... requested refund when seeing through their poor quality tracking, that my order was supposedly a failed delivery.... as of today, 4-17-2025, still NO REFUND, NO CONTACT other than the same exact email response to my inquiries.... several emails saying that banks are processing refunds slowly but that my refund will be processed in 15 to 25.... waited 35 days and STILL NO REFUND... it's now been 45 days... they got their money and I got NOTHING....

The T-shirts were a good price! Shipping took about two weeks, but the quality felt pretty decent for what I paid - great if you're on a budget.

The shoes have arrived. They are not satisfactory. Size (44) isn't met, the shoes are smaller. It's not wide although I opted for wide. Not comfortable. Waste of money.

Got shoes that did not fit. I also noted that the shoes did not show country of origin. I.e. they are illegally shipping there product to the US.
They are saying I would need to bear the cost of shipping to China for a refund. They have now upped the offer to refund 60% and say I can sell shoes (which would be illegal).
Will pursue refund through PayPal.

My husband just now ordered a pair of shoes from this company. He became suspicious when he got a receipt for his payment from paypal. He DOES NOT HAVE a paypal account!! Hence my visit to this review site. I tried to cancel the order with the order number but it only says no such order. Looked all over for a phone number......nothing. I followed the real paypal's instructions and sent them a copy of the fake paypal receipt. My husband paid with his debit card so now he is busy closing the account. Fraudulent company. And, oh yeah. The fake paypal receipt came from some company called Shenzhen Shizhi Technology Co.!!

I ordered an 11 and didn't fit. I asked how to return and they offered 20%, then 30% and wouldn't refund 100% as advertised. I am insisting on a 100% refund. I am calling credit card company next to demand a refund.

I want a 100 % refund and will return the shoes.

This is your typical Chinese Scam company. Once they got your money you’re screwed. For two pairs of junk you could buy one pair of decent American made shoes. Think about it!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered two pairs of shoes on line. When they arrived from NJ, instead of the 9.5 mens shoes I ordered I was sent two pair of size 42, which in US sizes is 8.5. When contacted, Fosterry suggested I give the shoes to someone who could use them, and they would give me a 20% refund. When I refused and asked for a refund, they said their return address was overseas and would cost me more in shipping charges than their refund was worth. Finally, they offered a 50% refund (which they claimed was all they could afford) if I would give them a good review. $80 down the drain. I processing my complaint through my credit card company.

I started to order online a pair of shoes. After submitting my name/info but not credit card info i changed my mind and exited the application. Since then I have been relentlessly pursued by automated emails to continue my purchase. I tried to stop the emails only to get more emails. Many emails a day. All automated. Cannot get a real live person to help me. Now, roughly a week later I am still getting the pursuits — several a day. I have written that I will tell the world of this unfavorable practice but get more emails explaining this is the company’s practice and they have no intention of changing it.

Folks, after reading other reviews I would recommend you/everyone stay away from this company. Otherwise they will pursue you till you relent and buy something you don’t want, nd likely keep pursuing you several times a day forever.

Ordered 2 pairs of size 91/2 shoes that arrived three weeks later from a New Jersey location. The shoes at best were a size 9 and had no company or size marking on them.

Though web-site states 30 day return, it is next to impossible to meet their return policy (eg. unopened original package) or to even contact them. Very questionable company
