If I could give them a minus rating I would.
Do not buy from this fake company I ordered the Shooting Stars series on dvd. I thought I was getting genuine DVD,s. What arrived was home made copies of the series and the picture was awful. Have contacted them numerous times for a refund and address to return the fake dvd,s with no response.
Will be reporting to Trading Standards. They must be posting their own 5 star reviews on trust pilot as they are just fake scammers.

Disc sent was faulty and wouldn't play half the film.
I sent emails independently and through their website with no response at all

I ordered an old DVD. I was charged over £10 and when it arrived it is a FAKE copy with a home printed cover.
Highly illegal.

I ordered House of Fools on 26/07/24. An email told me that it was shipped, and it hasn't arrived. I've sent two emails and been ignored. Who the hell are these cowboys? Their customer service is none existent never mind poor, and they haven't delivered. Shame

Scammers. Do not post orders, do not reply to orders, ignore emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Fraudulent. Placed the order, it said it shipped. Never arrived and no response to my messages. Avoid!!

Don’t understand some of the reviews on here this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this site and never had an issue.. fast prompt service and great quality… EVEN for a less known 30yr old tv series

After reading the reviews on here I feel it’s only right to add my experience. I ordered dvds totalling £67 and 3 days later I had them. The quality is great and I can’t fault my experience. I will be ordering again in the future

Absolutely disgusting. Ripped off. Sent me a dodgy fake that doesn't even play. Ignores emails and the phone number doesn't work.

Update on my previous review on the 27th. I contacted foundaclassic several times via email both through their website & replying to my order confirmation email - ignored! There is no address to return their copied dvds to either so I contacted my bank & they looked on here at your reviews & gave me an instant refund! I urge any of you who have been ripped off by these turkeys to do the same! Nice try foundaclassic but now you're out of pocket!!!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

If only I'd read the reviews on here!! I paid for what I believed was a genuine dvd box set & received dvdr copies with an unreadable cover which was obviously printed in 'draft' probably to save on ink!! The dvd copies are unwatchable crap quality & 1 of the discs starts with 'LP' in the corner as it's a copy of a VHS video!! Absolute con artists! No address showing anywhere so you can't return anything either! Rip-off con artists!! Do not give them your money ever!!

Spent over £40 on TV series "the knock" the quality is terrible. Some discs will not even load up the others keep pausing every 5 seconds. Tried to contact the company several times but no reply my advice is stay well clear .I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to

Did Order and Pay for a Original DVD - Paris Trout - !!! Received a bad copy only …poor Quality with NO Undertitles etc…Postage Fee to Austria/Europe charged £ 9,95….on Envelope stamped £ 3,25 …instead DHL ( no Custom fee) send by ordinary mail …almost 3 weeks and in addition Custom fee over £7,81 !!!Horror experience ….good bye 4 ever !!!!!!!ORDER Ne.#2269 !!!!

2 dvds ordered in july but never received. emails back and forth confirmed shipment lost. emails confirmed dvds resent with new tracking information. dvds received in great condition and am enjoying them. thank you james jones!!
