Had a hiccup in the data we received. Much of it was duplicates/multiple entries. Other portions contained contact data not relevant to our industry.
Some contact data led us down a rabbit hole which we were able to identify as a business that closed 2, 3, even 4 yrs ago. However, I brought this up to my contact at Fount Media (John), and he promptly took action to find resolution. We agreed on solution and all is well now. Fount Media made a wrong into a right. **I cannot comment on the value of their lists compared to others, but I can say that the list we received (2600 QTY) was not ideal for our needs, but again, Fount Media acknowledged this and salvaged the situation.

They delivered exactly what was promised, and even after my database was delivered, I had a follow-up request that they handled with great care. They quickly made the adjustments and resolved my issue efficiently and professionally. We are still working with the database so far everything is going ok with the contact information.

TLDR: Spamming for leads via Fiverr, bribing people to remove negative reviews.

I wrote a negative review a little while ago. That review was falsely flagged as containing negative or hateful content by the business owner. The review still stands though. The company called me directly offering free leads or anything else so I would remove the review. I told them that I would consider removing the review if I did not receive another spam email campaign from them in 6 months. I just received another campaign, thus the new negative review. As I said over the phone, this one star review is earned, just like the last one. You said that reviews like this hurt your business, change your business model so you are not outsourcing to Fiverr for your lead generation. Be more transparent with the potential customers you do get by using your own email domain in your spam campaign.

Fount Media is a great, reliable and trustworthy business. My client has used them for many years for list acquisition and continues to do so. Steve Smith at Fount Media is a very nice, considerate and knowledgeable person and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services.
