I bought the foxalien Masuter3s has had repeated failures — belts snapping, motors losing torque and eventually breaking, axes stuttering and losing steps, and even the laser engraver failed with a replacement part that didn’t fix it. I get the belts snapping but customer support was terrible. It usually took about 3weeks for me to get my parts. That’s extremely bad when you got orders to do

Received a 1.5kw spindle and only used it for about 12 times before the controller went dead. Fox Alien Support is THE WORST I EVER DEALT WITH. i had to take all kinds of videos and wait multiple days for a response and they finally agreed to send me a new unit, Well, i have been without my router for 4 weeks so far, they now told me the because of the Chinese New Year and some wiring issues they would not be able to send it to me until the end of Feb. This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THERE PRODUCTS. Spend more mone and go with a reliable Company.

The customer service for this company is awful.
They missold an item to me in October 2024.
They have been trying to book a return since that date.
No refund and no return we are now in January 2025.

Made a £3k order on 28/10/24 with the product stating “delivers from UK in 5-7 days, 3 items in stock”. Contacted them 8 days later to query “the items are in the port and …” port? They’re supposed to be in UK, they were supposed to be delivered yesterday.
Today, 17 days after order received 1 box with DPD and another box with XDP. So… after all this time, I have 2 out of 6 boxes and who knows when will the rest arrive and it what condition.
Web site is all false advertisement.
Could have ordered something superior for the same price from China and it would have arrived already.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. Do not buy from this company! Returning a damaged product is nearly impossible unless you are willing to pay the shipping costs to China and a 20% restocking fee.

First, I received a replacement spindle holder because the original one was poorly made, and the screw holes were ruined after a short period of use. I was initially happy to get a new one quickly. However, when it arrived, it had visible scratches and dents and was obviously poorly made as well. The support team told me it was damaged during shipping... Of course... Someone must have opened the parcel, scratched the inside of the holder to damage it, and then put it back in the undamaged box.... Of course, that must have happened... Despite waiting two weeks for it, I decided to keep it because it could still be used.

Then, I received the vacuum cleaner I had ordered before replacing the spindle holder. It arrived broken and poorly made (the magnet on the door was loose) and failed to perform its basic function of sucking in dust. I wanted to return the product due to its poor quality and switch to another company, but that proved to be impossible. They refused to accept the damaged product back and only offered to send me a new one.

After days of frustrating email exchanges, I had to accept the replacement vacuum cleaner rather than paying over €200 for the return shipping costs (the vacuum cleaner cost €300). Now, I have to purchase another vacuum cleaner from a different company because I do not want to rely on Foxalien for future filter purchases.

I will never buy anything from this company again, and I strongly advise you not to either!

Poor customer service. They simply do not respond to multiple emails. Paid for 5-7 days delivery. Not only has the item not even been shipped almost 2 weeks later, but they won't even get in contact with me.

Recently, I purchased a FoxAlien cnc router. Their 4040-xe was an absolute horrible decision. The machine is fickle to say the least. I have tried more than a month to get this resolved with no luck. Based in China and having a huge language barrier between customer and company it seems I got taken for hundreds of dollars. My suggestion is buy American and save yourself tons of headaches and hard earned cash.
