A call to trading standards is next on my agenda.
I hate scammers and i will not let this rest.

Dear Tony Thank you for sharing your view. We are selling perfumes since 2012 and all our suppliers are UK based. These are well known distributors of branded items and very much trading standards compliant. With regards to refund if item is opened, used and manufacturer seal broken we strictly offer no refund. This poilcy is in line with other major UK retailer. Next time when you purchase perfume open it use it and take it back to the store stating you did not like it, no refund will be issued. Every retail store/ online channel has same policy. We can only offer our apologies on your experince with us.
Note: If you can prove that the item delivered to you was not authentic we will give you free unlimited supply for your life time.
Your review is not genuine as we have no trace of any order placed by you with us.
Excellent place to buy.

I was initially hesitant after seeing some mixed reviews but I am really glad I ordered from Fragrance London. The fragrance arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and 100% authentic - exactly the same as I've purchased in-store before. The scent is long-lasting and the bottle came sealed with original packaging. Customer service was also responsive when I had a question about shipping. I wouldn't hesitate to order again as they are the cheapest supplier in the UK currently.
