Purchased Adidas moves 0:01 and received a bottle that smelled like soap. They sent me two sample bottles as a recreation for me to test and they also smelled of soap. None of them smelled anything similar to what I requested. However, they did refund my order. Find another fragrance recreation company.

Not only did this company not respond by either phone or email, when the perfume did finally arrive, it was not even close to the requested scent. Did a blind test with 5 friends, and not one even thought it was even similar, let alone close. Smelled like some of the cheapest alcohol filled dollar store junk. Would not recommend.

Purchased a fragrance… Alexander shields… at first I was pretty excited that someone even knew what I was talking about… But once I received the product, I was very disappointed. It barely had any sent to it at all and I mean, barely. not trying to “cancel“ anybody’s business at all if I had to give an example, it would be like taking a gallon of water and an eye dropper of cologne and mixing it in 1 gallon of water and hoping for the best.. I was excited at first because this was one of my father‘s favorite colognes, I also liked it, but he was less than satisfied with the product. I have reviews that seems that most people are satisfied however there are some people who are not feeling the love..

Last year I ordered three fragrances and well within 90 days let them know that two of the “recreated”fragrances smelled nothing like the originals and that I did not like the Everything fragrance. I requested a refund for Everything and asked them to “recreate” the other two. I sent sample vials of the two discontinued fragrances. Recently, I received two tiny vials back of the “recreated” fragrances but not the full bottles I paid for. I also did not receive a refund for the “Everything” fragrance I did not like.

Same as everybody else. Endless email string back and forth trying to force me to take a remake or have them send more samples. Everything except the monetary refund I specially keep requesting with screenshots of their promise. Fraud company. Get your email correspondence and contact your credit card company.

Avoid purchasing from this company, as it is a scam. If you do, you will receive a perfume that smells like water or horse manure. I placed an order for perfume from the legitimate site known as Esteban Paris Perfume, but somehow, I ended up ordering from Fragrance Revival. It is important to note that I have previously ordered from Esteban, and I was on their website when I ordered the same perfume I had purchased before. However, I received something unpleasant from a company called Fragrance Revival. What on earth happened?

Not only are they a scam, but I suspect they are also hacking legitimate companies. I am unsure how they believe they can evade consequences, as the scents are as different as night and day.

I intend to report this company to every possible channel, organization, or legal authority to ensure that this does not occur again. It is a scam, and it constitutes FRAUD

Horrible company. DO NOT do business with them. They do not honor their return policy. I waited forever to get my scent and it was nothing like the original scent and the company could care less. I have a string of emails from today and I know they are not going to honor their policy. I suggest just disputing the charge on your account and staying away from this company.

The company is a scam. Try to return the product - phone calls, emails, messages remains unanswered. No instructions how to return the "perfume" - which is the top of the iceberg - not only has nothing to do with the desired smell but it is disgusting. Alcohol with something sweetly. So say goodbye to your money and dream of perfumed.

This rating is based on their customer service. I can honestly say that the customer service is absolutely fantastic, incredibly responsive, go, and above and beyond, and really truly understand the meaning of customer service. In a time where businesses don’t seem to care about their consumers, I can honestly say that this company really cares.

They reproduced House of Creed’s Cuir de Russie, the 1954 edition, perfectly on their second try. They didn’t charge me for their second attempt, and allowed me to keep the first bottle that they sent me which was lovely, but not an accurate reproduction. I worked with them, told them what I thought was off, and they sent me three small vials and one of them was perfect. I will continue to use fragrance revival to reproduce discontinued scents that are no longer available. Their communication and packaging was excellent.

Absolute scam!! Smells like rubbing alcohol

Bought a cologne dupe of VS very sexy for him and got sent hand sanitizer . Asked for their 100% money back guarantee and they keep buying time trying to send me smaller samples . Do not go through this company .

I never expected an exact match. It's a copy of a fragrance that was available in 2003. I have to say it's so much closer than I thought it was going to be that I am buying some for a couple of people in my life.

Keep reasonable expectations.

RUN!!! Do not order from this company. A total waste of time and energy. Too bad they don't have a star for ZERO rating. If they did, I would give it a negative zero. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. The fragrance that I received does not come close to the original fragrance.

This company is a total scam! They sent me a bottle that smelled nothing like the scent I asked for. After I complained and said I wanted a refund, they said to give them another chance so i decided to let them try again. I ordered my bottle on March 4th, it’s now May 21st and I have nothing. When I email them they stated “we are waiting for an oil we need that’s on back order”. Do not buy from this company or you will lose your money and your time!!

This company is a total scam!! The scent I asked them to make has only been discontinued for 2 yrs. Its a coconut heavy beach scent. What I received yesterday, was a fresh linen laundry scent, mixed with baby powder. It couldn't be farther from what I asked for!!! Two things have happened here..they have never smelled the scent & they didn't even bother to attempt a recreation. They simply mixed together whatever they had laying around & sent it out. Ive already thrown it away & accepted the loss. Im not waiting around & "working" w/ them to fix this. They can't fix it. They have no idea what they're even doing. I have no idea how these people are in business. This company is not legit & it will result in anger & loss of money. Expensive lesson learned!! Don't do it!!!

I ordered Todd Oldham from them a couple yrs ago. They wanted me to send a sample of it. Of course I didn't have one. So they asked me what the notes were. I copied/pasted the notes to them off Frangrantica website, and like an IDIOT I went thru with the order. UGH! What they sent me was something you'd get at dollar tree! It smelled NOTHING like todd oldham. I was so disappointed so I asked for a refund and luckily got it fairly fast. Steer clear of this rip-off company!!!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with . $95 for a bottle of perfume ordered on Jan 3 , it’s now April 15 and I still do not have my order. terrible company !

Purchased an Amouage dupe of Opus VI. Smells Nothing like the original Opus VI. Not even close. Rather than the extra work to attempt a return and money back, I decided to keep it for a linen spray.

My recommendation: Save your money & by the original, legitimate perfume

This company didn't even deserve a star at all. The perfume smells nothing like the perfume I asked for recreation. It's watery and cheap smelling as if they have no idea of the fragrance I requested. I wasted my money!!!.
