Been looking for a fabulous bed for many years. Bought a Harrison Spinks hand made bed from Frances of Malvern in the sale. Great people, great price, great bed, delivery guys were fab. Could not recommend more highly. One very happy customer. Thank you so much to all the team.

After a purchase with one of the large chains always on sale on TV and a really bad experience of what was delivered and rejected/returned we shopped locally.

Wow why did we shop elsewhere the Team here are Amazing no BS or additional add ons to bump up price no pressure just honest advice with as much time as you choose to make sure it's the one👍

We were offered a loaned sofa as our rejected one was returned back to the large chain just before Christmas and with most manufacturers closed the new one from Francis of Malvern wouldn't be available for several weeks . These guys saved Christmas pulling out all the stops to help us.

The delivery crew were awesome as they managed to work their magic to get through the spaces with both our loan sofa and the new sofa when it arrived and additional sofa for our daughter's room.

Can't thank the Team enough for such awesome 5 Star Service from showroom to home.

Francis have consistently provided us with great service and products at reasonable prices. We cannot speak highly enough of Sarah, their interior designer, whose taste and insight cannot be faulted.

We had a sofa delivered yesterday. The delivery men assembled it incorrectly , but , despite knowing this they left it. I phoned the shop and Jake, the assistant who sold us the sofa originally, said that he would sort it. He phoned me several times during the day and, despite working all day, he called on his way home to reassemble it. He was polite, helpful and would definitely encourage me to use this store again.

This company is outstanding. From considering a purchase, to advice, to purchasing, to warehousing, to shop staff, to delivery and everything inbetween. I purchased a dining table, sideboard and tv stand.
The whole process was excellent right through to the delivery driver and assistant.
Goods were placed where I wanted them, discarded packaging removed.

We recently used Francis Of Malvern to hire furniture for a school summer ball, and their service and attentiveness was outstanding. Shaylene and her colleague talked through some options, coordinating with our theme, and produced a fantastic result. Delivery and collection of the items were smooth and seamless, with great communication keeping us updated. As a result, I am comfortable in recommending Francis Of Malvern most highly.

The guys who fitted the carpets were friendly and very professional,
Nothing was to much trouble from them and all I had to do was put the furniture back , they had hoovered up and no mess was left at all 👍🏻

As a regular customer at Francis , once again we are able to leave a 5 star review, having just had our carpets replaced . The service from the sales team was very good (honest and informative)
The carpet fitter ( Dan ) was also first class , polite , courteous, and wanted nothing other then perfection .

Called in to look at wardrobes having just moved house Josh very helpful some German made furniture in stock purchased and fitted by James and colleague in very efficient manner-all within 2 weeks-so good have ordered some extra items!

From asking advice in the showroom to delivery this was a great experience. Communication with us was good, and Chris & James were incredibly helpful when they delivered our super-king bed. They didn't seem at all rushed, and were careful and precise in all they did. We are thrilled with our lovely new bed, and will definitely be going to Francis next time.

Excellent customer service from the team, helped me pick out and select the perfect vinyl will be using them again in the future, very trustworthy and reliable workforce.

We were doing a bathroom for a customer who couldn't make her mind up on a vinyl that they wanted. She popped into Francis on a Saturday about 10 minutes before they were closing, however the gentleman in the showroom (Marcus I do believe) was very helpful and did not mind it was so close to the end of the day. When the customer chose a vinyl, I then dealt with Ollie, who was very helpful and kept us up to date with when the vinyl would be in as we were on a timescale. Both me and our customers couldn't recommend Francis enough.

Great local business with fantastic customer service! They supplied us with some great carpets at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend you take a visit to the showrooms.

Found the perfect sofa, had it delivered exactly where it still lives to this day!
