The lady I spoke too, (Neelam) was very helpful, in answering any questions I had, and giving me the full information that I required for my trip which is taking place in Jan 27

Caroline was excellent. She put together a fantastic package for our budget. We got everything we wanted for the trip and now looking forward to going. She was extremely helpful and very patient with me asking lots of questions!!!

Very helpful until you give your money. Then they dont want to know. Was assured of exceptional hotels. We got a few dubious ones. A shocking motel in canada was filthy. Motel not interested in our complaint and take it up with agent which I did on return to uk. Was made to feel it was our fault for not calling even though with time difference and weekend it was impossible. Not answered my complaint I have asked to escalate but now ignored. Paid almost 10k shameful customer service. You expect a decent conversation about your experience. They're just not interested. Book local where you can sort any issues out. Dont waste your money.

Have just experienced our 2nd African adventure through Freedom Destinations to the Masai Mara and Mombasa.
Had a fantastic holiday and everything arranged occurred to perfection.
The service and itinerary was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another future holiday with them.

Our travel consultant Megan has been extremely helpful with booking our trip, Megan talked us through different options and we were able to make the trip bespoke to us. We were able to talk things through and add some day trips into the itinerary.
Megan is very knowledgeable with New Zealand and Australia having traveled there, her insight is invaluable and genuine.

So far everything is fine. This my first time with Freedom destinations. Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable on the destination. Flights were organised promply and full details of holiday arrived as instructed.

Well what can I say!! Sam truly made our holiday amazing! She listened to everything my sister and I said about what we wanted from our trip to eastern Canada and she exceeded our expectations. Was a holiday of a lifetime with no issues whatsoever. Everything was amazing from the beautiful hotels she picked for us to the daily excursions which she was incredibly knowledgeable about. Cannot fault Freedom Destinations at all for this experience! Thank you so much Sam ! You really did make this holiday for my sister's 50th truly unforgettable 😁
