Hello my name is Martin Hernandez I order a knife from you and I noticed that it got cancelled so I reordered it again and I got the second one, I ordered a different one and it got cancelled so I reordered again and it was cancelled too but that's not the issue,the issue is that I got charged for 4 knives when I got only one I messaged you with every order number that I didn't get asking for the refund,but I don't know what is going on.

I’ve made a couple of purchases from Freedom Knife Shop. I feel that they have very good prices. Anytime that I’ve emailed a question I’ve received a quick response.

Crazy fast shipping and literally the best price on the net for the item I bought.

Box was already opened, which was a turn off. But the price was good, and its in mint new condition. No problem.

I ordered a knife that showed in stock. Two weeks later I’m still waiting for the order to be processed. I sent an email requesting ann update and got no response.

I ordered a second knife that showed in stock. Then they sent me an email stating they had over sold the knife. They cancelled my order but did not refund my money. After a week I sent them an email and they finally credited my card.

I ordered a third knife and then immediately realized I had ordered the wrong one. I sent them an email within minutes of my order. They waited two days to respond so they could say it was too late and it had already been shipped.

So, three knives ordered and all three were met with shady if not dishonest responses.

They still owe me the first knife I ordered and still have not responded to my emails.

Buyer beware.
