Excellent products great customer service.

Dreadful. Used it as a base for leek and potato soup. We both had 2 mouthfuls. That was enough.
Can't get rid of the aftertaste. Waste of quality potatoes and leeks.

The service team were really helpful and efficient at sorting out our order. Products are always delicious and super healthy, just what I’m after for my family

I love these products. I have a subscription for the chicken bone broth, it’s delicious and I’ve noticed improvements in my hair, skin and joints since I’ve included bone broth in my daily routine. Customer service is also excellent.

First time buyer. I bought the chicken powder as at the time the beef one was out of stock which I would of favoured.

I have to honestly say it's extremely difficult to drink. The smell is so so strong, and it nearly makes me bork trying to drink it as the smell is so bad.

Not sure if I've had a bad batch as I read other reviews and people are positive about it.
The powder is not clear either, more like a yellowy colour, which is misleading as online all the images portray it as been more off a clear consistency. So I'd say that's false, well it is with the powder version anyway.

So I'm really struggling to even use this product.

I do want to try the beef product, but after this experience I would favour trying the cartons as opposed to the powder.

Products are excellent and have really helped in the care of my dad in his recovery from his knee replacement surgery.
Excellent customer service in their quick response to a refund request when a blip occurred on a discount code offered.
The website could be clearer on the full range of products options available and I’d love to have a more simple way of building my own bundle choices.
Turkey broth shouldn’t just be for Christmas!

Great products, I drink the instant bone broth every day, great protein & health benefits & tastes delicious!
I have subscribed for months and love it.
Only thing I would change is more management of subscriptions online, but the customer service is quick and helpful!

Great product and amazing taste. I love the convenience of the boxed stock which stores in the fridge door.

I started drinking bone broth around a month ago and absolutely love the taste and the health benefits! The chicken Ramen and the original chicken is particularly my favourite.
I would / have recommended this product to family and friends and I always look forward to a cup of it!
