I loved their unflavoured bone broth shake, until I’ve found that recently, when I went to purchase more that they’ve changed the recipe! Why change something that doesn’t need to be changed because now, with the added coconut sugar, it isn’t neutral anymore! And with considerably less collagen & protein. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Please change it back!

**in response to Freja’s reply, I did try what was recommended & it was terrible, not the same at all, didn’t mix as well as the original bone broth shake & so, they gave me a refund.

If broth is as good as company service they fully deserve their ratings! I had to change delivery address after ordering for my daughter and even though it was already en route they arranged the change with carrier.

This is a great product.
The quality is superb at a reasonable price and the customer service is excellent. We are in our 70s and add bone broth for health to just about anything! Tastes delicious and doing us good.

i love this bone broth powder....its an easy delicious way get collagen,,,very good in coffee or other milky drinks. and very pure and natural.

Not only are the products fabulous, the customer service is superb too.

I've been using the Bone Broth for over a year. In the run up to major surgery and recovery. It is essential for the assistance of collagen and soft tissue healing.

And, I use the chocolate protein shake on a daily basis to kick start my day with a good protein hit.

As someone who is lactose intolerant, I've searched for years for a good protein powder and I can hands down say this is the best! Whilst not as high in protein as some of the others, it is by far the tastiest chocolatey heaven! It's not grainy and it's great for my gut too.

Problems with delivery
Every time I order from this company I have to chase them to find out where my item is . They say they have depatvjed but that haven’t .
I like the products but it’s so much hassle when you don’t have time

When I saw there was no phone no. I thought no, not another email and expected slow reply…I was wrong came back really fast and very helpful.
Didn’t realise they did other products as I got my broth from Waitrose, so looking at other reviews on here going to check out the protein powders and shakes.
Feeling optimistic.

Exceeded my expectations! Customer service is the best I've experienced in a while. I had a special request that was fulfilled easily. Delivery was quick too which I wasn't expecting at all. The quality of the products are top notch. I ordered the Bone Broth Starter Bundle, the mug and tea towel are gorgeous, excellent quality and look amazing in my kitchen. The little 'fun suggestion' (recipe) book is great, I will definitely be trying these and tweaking to my dietary preference.
100% recommend!
