It was well coordinated and managed by Allanya. She promptly give feedback especially when the interest rate is being speculated and when eventually changed.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS FIRM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Following their dismissal for poor performance , the firm not only failed to provide agreed credits but access our Xero account and sold and or distributed our company contracts to third party firms . They did not seek our permission to do so.
The behavior was the direct opposite of what you would expect from a reputable firm acting unethically, breaching data protection, attempting to gain from the sale of our confidential information. Simply put they are unprofessional and dangerous in my honest opinion.

Fantastic service. Really thorough, Allanya worked tirelessly to get me the right product, and guide me to purchasing my first home.

The company was extremely pro-active with our mortgage transfer and enabled us to plan well ahead of the changes we needed to make. We had a number of options to take but we had real up to date information as and when interest rates changed during the application process which really helped.

This was our first time using fresh finance and they were fantastic throughout! Both James and Eve were always on the end of the phone and email for any questions we had. We felt completely at ease that they had everything handled on their end with constant updates, we never had to chase them once! :) James was really knowledgable and helpful on the BTL side of things! Allanya was just amazing. She always communicated with me and whenever there was a rate reduction she would lock it in for me. I would definitely use this company again when my mortgage rate is due to end again in 2 years. You are very lucky to have Allanya as a member of staff.
