Hands down the best steak I've ever bought from a supermarket or butchers. I ordered the 8.5kg sirloin steak as i havn't had a gout attack in a while 😂😬. Its like butter. It cooked better than any other steak. If your like me and doing the math to see how much cheaper it is ordering in bulk, dont bother. It doesn't math. The quality is just so much better and fresher than what your comparing it too. Im hoping the 24, 12oz steaks, taste as good coming out the freezer as it did fresh today!

Ordered 5kg of sirloin steak and 5kg of chicken breats. Both packs weighed 4.5kg. I have informed them and at first they responded but they are now deliberately ignoring my messages. The sirloin doesn't look anything like their promotional video although it's acceptable and tastes good. Even so I will not be ordering again due to me not receiving what I paid for.

So I ordered a good order of meat a week ago amounting to £150.00
Up to now I’ve had no updates and can’t track my order.
If you go to their website it says they have a whattsapp number and instant replies. That’s a lie, I sent a message a few hours ago chasing my order.
No response.

Worse customer service imaginable.
Claimed my order was going to be delivered on the 22nd no response no tracking information provided. I raised a dispute via the bank a week later I get contacted stating if I remove the chargeback I’ll remove goods next day if it’s done before 2pm I done so let them know now they have my money they fail to respond. An elaborate scam would not recommend

Quality of the meat was good, however they didn’t deliver all of the items. I initially had issues in contacting them, however they have now contacted me and resolved the refund for the missing items. In my instance there were issues with the systems that didn't notify their side of 'out of stock items', they are looking to improve this.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company. My experience has been appalling from start to finish and, based on how they handled my order, it genuinely began to feel like I was dealing with a scam website.

I placed an order worth around £70 nearly two weeks in advance for a special family dinner, with delivery booked for a specific date. The day before delivery I contacted them because there had been no updates or tracking information. I was explicitly reassured that everything was "on track", that my order was in production, would be dispatched that day, and that I would receive a DPD tracking number and a one-hour delivery slot the following day.

None of that happened.

The following day there was no tracking, no delivery and no communication. When I contacted them again, I was simply told the order had never been dispatched and would not be arriving. Had they been honest the day before, I could have ordered elsewhere and saved my family's dinner. Instead, I was given false reassurance that cost me the opportunity to make alternative arrangements.

I immediately requested a refund. Hours passed with nothing except automated responses claiming someone was "looking into it", "a manager has been contacted", "someone will be with you shortly", and "your refund is being processed". Nobody actually contacted me. Nobody processed the refund. Nobody took ownership.

The entire WhatsApp conversation appeared to be handled by AI, repeatedly making promises that never materialised. Every message said the issue had been escalated urgently, yet hours later there was still no response from a real person.

At that point I informed them I was reporting the transaction to my bank because I had paid for goods they had failed to supply and could not even get a human being to process a refund, as of right now I've just been scammed with no refund.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They took my money, failed to dispatch the order, misled me about the delivery, ruined an important family occasion and then left me chasing a refund with endless automated promises and no action.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Update: I received a call yesterday, the refund has been processed. The rep on the phone was open about the fact that they'd only just taken over the customer support queue and was working through a backlog. I've changed this rating from 1 to 4 stars on the back of this. I will continue to order from them as they have some of the best deals out there.

As others have experienced, they do not respond to customer service enquiries either via WhatsApp or email - just total silence.

I received 4kg of Ribeye steak that was rotting, their AI offered a replacement which I accepted, this was never dispatched so the AI offered a refund which I accepted only to be told it couldn't process the refund and that "one of the team" would have to do it. It's been a week now with no response whatsoever, so I've had to raise a chargeback through my bank to get this refund.

It's a shame too because generally the service is great and they have some of the best deals out there, but if they can't be bothered to lift a finger and respond to their customer complaints then they won't be getting any further business from me.

Received my first order, last Friday ( July 17th ). The package arrived safe and well secure. The meats were chilled and in excellent condition. I ordered 2 kilos of rump and sirloin and lamb loin chops. I have now tasted all the meats and I must say it is absolutely gorgeous. I have been buying supermarket meats, and I will say the meats from this Company was so much better. I definitely will be ordering again. Finally the overall cost was cheaper than supermarket meats. I was looking for bacon ribs after my previous supplier said they would not be selling them in the future so I was looking on line and found fresh meet packs and ordered 5 packs at 1kg they arrived when they said they wood they were chilled just above frozen so I put them in my freezer and cooked two packs yesterday wat a wonderfully flavor took me right back to my child hood I will defenetly will be bubbling my order next time thank you fresh meet packs

Sadly DPD did not use any kind of refrigerated vehicle.
Also packaging was in a cardboard box wth a foil bag inside, it did have 7 pre frozen water bags that were luke warm on delivery, the meat was at 15 degrees Celsius and 16 degrees Celsius, so we and truly out of safe temperature for eating.
I believe this should be in a polystyrene box for best insulation.
On the whats app its AI not a human, i contacted the whats app multiple times throughout the day, with no one actually contacting me.
In the end i said give me my money back, the AI said its been done and i would get an email saying ive been refunded, no email yet and no refund.
So my opinion is stay the hell away.

Order 8kg of on bone sirloin at £140 never got it . Customers service not there kept saying g they deliver it but never did Customers service in ai can never speak to human

Best customer support I've had in a long long time, used whatsapp messaging and it was instant, straight to the point, no fuss and happy to resolve my problem with options.

The meat is also brilliant, especially the lamb chops.

Late delivery, plus the quality was not the best at all for the price you pay for it, disappointed really

I purchased 4 kilos of ribeye steak for £100 , now I was expecting to have to clean / trim the silver skin from this ribeye joint of beef but I had to cut away over half a kilo of beef fat before I could remove trim the silver skin I emailed the company regarding this matter and have been met with complete silence , no response what so ever .

Absolutely appalling, I placed my first order and they didn't ship it, no person to sort this out, you have to download shop app to track, then you have to download WhatsApp to contact, all automated waste of time. I will never use you again. Not only spoilt homecoming but now have to wait for the money to be returned.

They are lying thieves.they take your money but dont send anything.

Fabulous from order to delivery...meat very good would highly recommend.

Meat is of good quality, unfortunately, delivery took 18 days from order, missing the date I wanted it for.
